Absolutely terrible! We have used UPS for several years (got packages daily with no issues!)…read moreDefiance warehouse has gotten a new driver and we have not received any packages in over 3 weeks. Several of these packages we have paid 2nd day air for. They refuse to drive down our driveway saying weather hazard - (2-3 days were acceptable of not driving down the driveway due to ice, the other times is just an excuse to not deliver). We are in Ohio, there will be some snow and ice. We keep our driveway clear (minus the part that we live in OHIO so there will be some - usually packed down on a stone drive!) Fedex, Amazon, customers picking up items come down my driveway every single day! We have had to drive 45 minutes to the warehouse to get our packages and we have had to drive around town to look for the truck to get our packages! My sister also gave the driver $20 after receiving her packages (after 8 days!) and asked him to please deliver to my address. He took the 20 bucks and never delivered. Highly suggest not using UPS during the winter months in Ohio!

This YMCA is the only one near for miles so it should at least be better, the pool has been closed for months it seems like no one is trying to fix it, and the defiance swim team has to go to Aversyville because the YMCA workers can't do their job right, also recently the gym closed because of a light outage this is getting ridiculous you might as well closed down this YMCA and build a new because it's trashy and making me mad, I might as well get a refund because this place is absolutely trash.

They break promises to families and employees a like the only common goal here is to profit and make money for herself using state funded programs that pay for childcare to do it they promise families things that they never recieve or adhere to they hire employees promising promotions certain pay ranges and never follow through with what they promise or said the students at times are often aggressively reprimanded for behavior issues that should be reported but are not state licensing concerns in both Defiance Ohio daycare locations no benefits for employees like they promise online on their ad on indeed all or most staff are introduced as teachers and very few if any employees are licensed teachers management is a joke no one communicates anything policy is made on the fly with employee signature requests that do not comply with ohio department of labor laws If you call in sick you have to find your own coverage if not they try to enforce that you show up for your scheduled shift to wait for the administrator to relieve you or find coverage which is not legal if you just briefly google it they do not want you communicating with management or the owner/CEO by means of a cell phone you sign a policy form stating that you will email any and all concerns safety is non existing they have gates that are extremely low and expect you to unlock them by hand with children in your arms people get let go for no reason they have a revolving door of on boarding and exiting employees students are let go or pushed out of the daycare program for no apparent reasons they will expect you to only work a 6 hour or 7 hour shift perhaps even breaking that up having several hours off and expect you to come back and if you do work an 8 hour shift you must take a unpaid hour lunch employees generally do not get a break during their shift unless they have to take one I could go on and on I am posting this review in hopes that parents will avoid this place as well as those whom are looking for employment
