We waited in Defiance for three hours while he continually said that we had not been activated yet. He was looking at social media and Snapchat throughout our entire visit, and was terribly unprofessional. He told us to go get dinner while we waited, and when I returned, another team member chimed in rudely that we just had to wait. It could take up to 24 hours. Now, 24 hours later, I am on the phone with Verizon giving the exact same information as their records indicate there was zero action taken by the staff at Defiance to reactivate my account. Do not even bother going in - they do not care about their customers.
