We had a generator from 1994 fail finally and we were in telephone contact with Jim, who walked us through the process so we knew what to expect. We were greeted by Paul, who took over with the replacement of the generator head and also did some maintenance and oil leak repairs. He explained everything that was involved and what modifications would be necessary to use the existing Diesel engine. Neat, clean, and when you see your unit in better condition than how you brought it in! Brian was introduced to us, and gave us a tour of the facility and welcomed us to see them in action. He also explained what the company does, answered any and all questions, and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible while we waited. Well, it turns out that Jim is Brian's dad and this is a FAMILY run business. This is something that is missing from todays commercial venues, and it was nice to have everyone be pleasant and inviting. Once we got home (25 miles away), we noticed the foot pedal wasn't there. So we called the store and the guy wasn't very nice but said to come in and he will take care of it. My daughter opens up the gift and then it's missing the adapter that was suppose to come with it. Called the store again and the guy was a bit of a jerk and his tone was like we were lying. My husband told him that he probably used it for a display model. The guy refused to take any blame, but rudely told us to come back in and he would give us the adapter. So, $180 for the product and wasting at least 100 miles extra for his mistake, and bad customer service....skip the store and go elsewhere. Trust me!
