They will then come back to fix their mistakes and charge you for it saying it wasn't their fault. Show up at the door smoking cigarettes without even letting us know they are coming over and do not take any blame. Over $3,000 bill, they charge to come back and fix their mistakes. They also told us that they can fix the ceiling if we have extra 25 year old ceiling tiles but they will charge us for labor! What a joke. Do NOT use this company. Called for a ac/furnace service and a estimate. George showed up and said he was there for a…read moreestimate. I said you are here to sercive my ac/furnace and give a estimate. His answer was" I can't service I don't have everything in my truck". I was done right there. He went to my ac/furnace and took pictures, three toed slothing the whole time. When it came time to leave he was asked when can you come and service my ac/furnace? Gave about 10 reasons not to, not one reason why or when. He never asked if I started either one, which I did the central air, not the furnace, we just bought this house. I had Scott Wagner heating and cooling come for a estimate only. His first question was " have you started either one"? He serviced both central air and the furnace, furnace had four leaks and the igniter was bad, replaced that and tested both units, freon was low so he topped it off. Great technician great service and when the estimate comes in and when I replace both units with a tankless water heater after first of year Scott Wagner and heating will be getting my business. Do not call Morris heating, call Scott Wagner heating.

Each time they said it was because the technician who worked on it previously did a bad a job and no longer worked there. They used this excuse 3 times. They told me I needed a whole new ac unit when all I had was a clog in the condensation pipe. Untrustworthy.

We had water pouring through our ceiling after Jordan did the plumbing for our tub with his son. Our contract stated that he was to come back out to install the plumbing once we worked our way through the project. Once our kids took a bath in the tub, water started pouring through the ceiling and he would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the fact that there were other contractors involved, although the other contractors never touched the tub or the work that he did. He came back out and "fixed the issue" taking no responsibility and paying for not a dime of his mistake. Only for us to patch up the ceiling and it to happen a month later. The issue was a three dollar BEVELED gasket for the overflow drain that he didn't install from the start. It is heartbreaking to go through this as a family when we are saving money to do projects like this-let alone the additional stress of it all. We tried to handle with Jordan and he completely ghosted us-after calling and texting him several times over 6 months-we gave up. A truly heartbreaking situation.
