Between my call and the date of service, I developed a leak in the water pipe leading up to the upstairs toilet. The water softener was in the basement -- and it's a rough basement. There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!! I've called them several times and they are always polite, knowledgeable and fast.
