I paid poop Dynasty for a sewer line replacement of 160 feet , they replaced half of it , damaged my house , fence , neighbors fence and left a major mess . I had to hire another company to complete the job even though poop dynasty was paid in full for the job . They never fixed the substantial damage or completed the job I paid them for . I have pictures and videos of the fence damage and the neighbors fence damage that was damaged by this company as well as several witnesses and videos from neighbors cameras . After I paid the company they never answered a message or call and never came to fix my yard or neighbors yard , fence , neighbors fence or gutters as promised . Used excuse equipment is broken. I didn't have a great experience with poop dynasty. I called to have my sewer clean out to have a camera ran down it to see where I was having issues. When I called he told me his camera broke the day prior so he would have to rent one. He showed up 30-35mins late to the scheduled appointment that he set the time for that I had to leave work early for to accommodate. When he got to my residence he said since I have a tree in my front yard that he would water jet it and that would more than likely fix my issue. However he didn't come with any water in his tank for the jetter. He then had to leave and go to my parent's house to fill his tank with water. He came back did the jetter and then told me that there was a blockage or a broken pipe close to the street. I asked him if he was going to stick the camera down to see what the issue actually was, so I knew exactly what I was dealing with, so I could fix it properly as I had company coming to town soon. He said he couldn't because his camera broke and he either need to buy a new one or rent one, but when he got one he would come back and do it for free for the inconvenience of not having the equipment with him. I asked him how long he thought that would take and he said in about a week. I text him a few times for an update at first he was quick on response but then never followed up. It's now been 2 months and he still hasn't came back and he no longer will respond when asking for an update on when he will return to finish the job. Im not looking to get anything for free and I didn't ask for him to came back to do it for free. He is the one that offered that. I know everything has a price and skilled trades come with high cost. My issue is he never came back to do the job he told me he would do. I now have to pay someone else to start the whole process over again it is very frustrating. read more
