Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning company in the business. James, the owner has no idea what he is doing and spends more time telling you about how great his reviews are (on his website, that he controls) then actually cleaning the carpets. The system he uses is beyond a joke. All his machine does is loosens up the dirt from the carpet, there is no actual cleaning system or suction to clean and take the dirt away. James put 3 fifty cent piece sized holes in my carpet and claims it wasn't his machine, despite saying he saw the holes before he ever started, but never mentioned it. He then claims that I literally stood over top him and hated the work he was doing and that made him nervous...despite constantly letting me know that he has been cleaning carpets for over 30 years. At one point actually got confrontational with me because I asked him to leave my home after he claimed I hated his work while he was "cleaning". Extremely over priced for the terrible work that he does. Stay away from this man and his company. He also will ask YOU to vacuum the carpets before he gets there and lets you know that he does not move furniture, but will still charge you for the entire square footage of your rooms. If there was a way to give less than 0 stars, I definitely would. This guy and company will over charge you and your carpets will not be ANY cleaner then they were before he got there and he will have every possible excuse to cover his butt and blame it all on YOU! I also took a damp white cloth two days after he cleaned my carpets and wiped the carpet and the cloth came up filthy brown like he was never there. read more

New Again is an amazing company! The guy who owns the company puts his many years of experience and just the honesty and integrity he puts into his company is very rare he really cares about people and will do all he can to make you feel impressed with the work he does and how clean your carpets get and smell when he leaves! I noticed a big difference compared to the traditional carpet cleaning that you get from the big carpet cleaning companies. He definitely takes his time to make sure the carpets are left clean, smell amazing and doesn't leave your carpets soaking wet like the other companies do. I would give this company a call you have nothing to lose from my experience. I remember when I got my carpets cleaned From a big company me and my wife were not impressed! It put us in a spot-it left our carpets soaking wet for days and almost all the spots came back. My wife was super upset!We had family that was coming over and everyone had wet feet when they left, but with New again; the carpets are almost like new, clean and dry and smelled wonderful it was straight up amazing!!! My timetable was short. Other carpet cleaners were all booked up. New Again was able to schedule me right away. I had some pretty bad stains in one bedroom and the other room needed a good refresh. This house is 17 years old, and the carpet in those rooms is original from when I built the house, but you couldn't tell it now. The stains are gone, and the carpet looks brand new. New Again did a great job, and James was pleasant and helpful. If I weren't moving out of state, I'd keep New Again in my speed-dial for future carpet cleaning needs. I was extremely impressed with James and his co-worker for the fabulous job they did on a very gross carpet They were very professional and hard working fellows. The cleaning process left the carpet looking new again. Now I understand the name of their business. Stanley steamer could not have done this job as good. Wow! I used them for the first time at my place of business today. Carpet is approximately 5 years old and withstands a lot of traffic and spills. They just left - it is already dry AND looks like it was just laid today. They named their company appropriately! They aren't cheap - but they shouldn't be. Superior service from the initial phone call to the finished product. You can't go wrong with this company. They also do tile and grout, hardwood, etc. - so I plan to use them in my home. This guy is amazing! My carpets looked brand new! Our dog did a number on them over the year, and you would of thought that after they were clean, that we purchased a whole new floor! James is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. The nice part was our rugs weren't soaked with water and dried within a few hours. What a great job New Again did on our carpets. They are certainly NOT NEW but after New Again had thoroughly cleaned them they looked like new.
