Always satisfied with service, until this past winter when they said I needed to get a new furnace right away. The technician said I was in danger of carbon monoxide because there was a split on something. He was on bended knee when he said something like "if you were my mom I would recommend a new furnace right away" he then called his sales rep to have him come over and go thru payment options. Before the salesman could get here, I called another company. Unfortunately the new technician couldn't get here until after I listened to Home Comforts sales speech. I did tell him that another company was coming for a second opinion. Once the new company came and checked everything out, he completely disagreed with the idea of a new furnace. He even brought a carbon monoxide tester and I was completely in the normal zone. Needless to say the Home Comfort company lied right to my face, again "on bended knee".
