HIRE THESE FOLKS!!! Was very pleased with Fire Dawgs. Got a good, solid estimate, which they stuck to. Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called first to see if it was okay (it was). They asked the right questions about what goes where, what gets thrown out and what gets saved. Basement was in a major (bad) state, and this was the first step in getting it cleaned out. And being an old guy, I couldn't do it myself. They did an excellent job all around. When they explained why they couldn't move out one large piece (a work bench that they said had been assembled in the basement) they offered to move it out of the way so the cleaners would be able to work efficiently. They did everything right. They did it efficiently and effectively and courteously. They were helpful, and understanding, and very very careful with the stuff I needed to save (for family/memories). I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I may need to call them again next year to move some stuff out of the UPstairs! Hire these folks. You won't be sorry. In fact, you'll be very pleased. p.s. While Fire Dawgs did a great job, the folks at PODS, who were supposed to send a container to store my stuff while the basement was being cleaned, "rescheduled" at the last minute to the next day. Fire Dawgs did an excellent job hauling away my wood fence that had been torn down in sections and pieces by an excavator from a plumbing company due to a pipe replacement. They also had great communication about the whole process from scheduling the appointment, to the arrival time and then the notification of the completion of the project. I had seen their commercial a few weeks before I even had an issue. Once the fence was torn down I remembered their commercial and did an internet search to get their phone number. What a relief to know there was someone that would come and pick up my pile of heavy boards! I was very happy with the cost too. It was totally worth it. The Fire Dawgs did an extraordinary job with an extensive and challenging long-term cleanout of my parents large home that required a week of work by multiple crews and a followup visit. They were professional, thorough, hard-working, and better than advertised in every respect. It would have been impossible to clear and successfully sell the house without their assistance. The best and most objective review, however, probably comes from my neighbor, who observed their work over several days and was so impressed she told me (unsolicited) "they work so hard - they never stop!" I needed to have my mother's house, garage and shed cleaned out after she died and we were selling the house. Fire Dwags were outstanding! The showed up when they said they would, were professional, personable and very courteous. They did a fantastic job. I liked that they donated the items they could, recycled appropriate items and took the rest to the dump. After my family took what they wanted, there were still a number of things that I just didn't want ending up in the dump even though they were of no use to me. We were in the process of renovating our bathroom and we could not muscle the old heavy 5 foot long cast iron tub out of the room. Fire Dawgs Donovan and Jonathan came to the rescue! We called in the morning and by noon they arrived and within 15 minutes the tub was on its way out the door. They made it look so easy. Both men were polite, careful, mindful of the walls and floors and concrete steps, and there was no problem whatsoever. We will be calling on them again when/if we have a similar need. Very happy to work with these guys again. Nathan and Will were extremely helpful in collecting all the junk we had accumulated since our last move and even sorted through items that may not be junk to someone else! It's great to know they are not only hauling away stuff we no longer need, but also that some of our things will find a new home for someone that needs it. Where to start the gentleman that cleaned out our basement were awesome. They were courteous, friendly and went above and beyond the required scope of work because the noticed it needed to be done with out us asking them. They were very thorough and made sure the removed nothing that was not supposed to go. Bryant and Mike did an excellent job. The cut up and removed a hot tub from a 3 season room. I also had them haul away a broken recliner and lamp in addition to a broken concrete bird bath. ​They were polite and explained how they were going to remove the hot tub. ​They were here when I needed them I didn't have to schedule a week out. They showed up on time removed a very heavy two piece desk and a very large projection TV from our basement within 30 minutes. There is no way we could have done this. Fast response, very professional and friendly. They donate first, recycle second and only then take it to the dump. We were downsizing our domicile and had a lot to donate but none of the organizations could pick up.
