The manager at that time was decent guy and refunded us $1700 for the incident and the amount that was over the original quote. Decided to try them again a few years later. They will quote you a low price upfront and tell you it won't go over that amount and then end up charging you $1,000 min. over the original quote. Workers will damage your items and take no accountability and they expect you to have photo evidence of them damaging the items when it happens. If they tell you a price it will never be what they quote.

This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop.
