He later needed a bit more money from us for "insurance," then said yesterday he was hung up for hours with a truck rental issue and said he needed $600 more. We wisened up and told him we'd give it to him when he came with the truck at 5:30 this morning -- never happened. All calls to VM, no text responses. Now we're out of all our things for another 10 days and paying another $7500 to an actual company that won't leave us high and dry. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.
