Two young men came to clean our rugs. They didn't clean under a few pieces of furniture so they were sent back to take care of that. They were in and out too quickly. I didn't see them washing under one couch. When they left, I felt under the couch and the whole area was totally dry. I do not believe they ever washed under that couch. We used Steam-It to clean the carpet in a newly purchased home in Fort Wayne, which consisted of 3 bedrooms and the staircase. When we got there after they cleaned, we were pleased to see that they did a great job. We had them do a pet-odor treatment in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the smell is still strong. We still give them 5 stars because there wasn't anything they could do to remove that strong odor, which had seeped into the carpet's padding. We have to remove the carpet/padding, wash walls, etc. to get rid of it. They were on time, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely use them again! read more

I've been skeptical of tile and grout cleaning. I've only heard about poorly done jobs with little improvement on grout appearance. I gave Steam-It a chance after speaking with Jeff and hearing his reassurance that as long as the tile hasn't been sealed or stained, it'll come out almost like new. I was not disappointed! Fort Wayne Indiana 46825 Was quoted a price while conversing with a tech on telephone. Upon scheduled appointment, tech and myself viewed rooms to be cleaned as per conversation on phone. At completion, price increases by $61.00! Informed master bedroom was oversized and constituted two rooms. No mention of price increase at time of viewing rooms as per quote. Tech waited until work completed and raised price. Unethical work practice. How many prior customers has this company done exactly the same? How many in the future? Are you the next victim? He gives himself permission to do this. Filling his pockets with your cash! It is a unjust. There are excellent companies. Search other companies as well. Think twice about hiring this company A complaint will be filed with BBB against this company as well. read more

They were very clean and professional, i received an estimate prior to the appointment, walked the area before he started doing the work with an updated estimate and then was charged the same amount as quoted in both prior times.
