Zack you should be ashamed of your professional ethics and others should know how you conduct business before choosing to spend their money on this ridiculousness. Zack entered into a third grade level spat with me only after he saw my review. Who does this guy think he is? Again...they lied... All of our flooring was purchased through Coleman's flooring and they have made zero attempt to take financial responsibility for their mistake, Zack continues to spin this very inaccurate and unfortunate story in his favor. As if we'd let you near our home....laughable, I will be posting a copy of my sales receipt and invoice showing all materials were purchased through and from Coleman's flooring, clearly they have multiple people with issues telling the truth at this company, we did not buy our flooring from another retailer as stated. Our poor late…read morecat had basically destroyed the old laminate floors in our living room, and even prior to that, we had hated the cheap look of those floors, so we searched reviews for the best flooring companies in Fort Wayne to tear them up and replace them with laminate. Michael's had excellent reviews on other websites, and when we consulted them in store, we were met with friendly assistance and advice for the kind of flooring we needed. We were able to quickly schedule an in-home estimate, and after doing the same with another local company, we went with Michael's since their price was fair, the flooring materials were what we wanted, and a reasonable timetable for installation was given. The tearup of the old floor was a pain since it was simply glued to the concrete, but the workers were very fast and efficient, completing that arduous job in just one day. They worked around our schedule, giving us time to put down odor-reducing primer.The installation of the new flooring was even faster--just over 2 hours the next day. We were blown away with how quickly the job was completed, and clearly quality was not sacrificed in any way. We are so pleased with our new flooring, and highly recommend Michael's to anyone in and around Fort Wayne!
