We hired Crystal Creek Concrete to pour a garage slab in Kendallville, Indiana, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. After getting a few quotes from other concrete contractors, Crystal Creek stood out for their communication, professionalism, and clear explanation of the process. They handled everything from site prep and forming to reinforcement and the final pour. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site organized and clean throughout the project. You could immediately tell they knew what they were doing and had real experience with garage slabs and residential concrete work. The finished concrete garage slab looks great--smooth, level, and well-finished with clean edges. They paid close attention to detail and didn't rush the job, which really shows in the final result. We appreciated that they took the time to answer questions and explain curing and care after the pour. What we liked most was how easy they were to work with. Communication was solid the whole way through, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. It's hard to find a concrete contractor in Kendallville that's this dependable and professional, especially one that clearly takes pride in their work. If you're looking for concrete services in Kendallville or Northeast Indiana--whether it's a garage slab, driveway, patio, or other flatwork--I would absolutely recommend Crystal Creek Concrete. They delivered quality work, showed up when they said they would, and did exactly what they promised. We'd definitely hire them again. read more

We couldn't be happier with the work that Crystal Creek Concrete did on our new driveway and backyard patio. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my wife and I's expectations. Our project required them to remove and repour both the driveway and enlarged patio - and it only took them two days! Communication was excellent throughout the project. We worked closely with Dan Z. and the owner, Loren, and both were responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure everything was done right. They kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. The crew was efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They were detail-oriented, did not cut corners, and made sure the finished product was built to last. The driveway and patio look fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows. I would highly recommend Crystal Creek to anyone looking for a reliable concrete contractor who delivers high-quality results. I would absolutely use them again for future projects. We are so glad that we chose Crystal Creek Concrete to replace the old concrete at our home. It was a large job tearing out and replacing our backyard concrete around the pool, the driveway, and sidewalks. They worked tirelessly to complete the project on time and we are thrilled with the results! Lauren and his team were excellent to work with. Crystal Creek exceeded our expectations and the costs was less than other companies quoted for the same work. I highly recommend Crystal Creek Concrete, we will be hiring them again for more work in the future. read more

They poured 2 large round concrete pads for park picnic shelters to be made out of a vintage corn crib. These slabs had to be very precisely placed next to existing fences and one involved a change of level between it and one side of the outside ground. They did a beautiful low retaining wall about 75 feet long carved to look like natural rocks at less than concrete block would have been. Very nice job all around, tidied up nicely and all looks great. Neighbors have been admiring the work !! read more

Crystal Creek did an excellent job on three patios and some sidewalks for us. We had everything stamped and stained, and even had some of the Flagstone dyes different colors to make it look more natural. They worked quickly, but didn't rush anything when I was helping with layout, and the crew was very nice and kept the area clean. This is now the third large project that myself or family members have had them do, and each one has turned out excellent and held up remarkably well. Thank you! read more
