Be prepared to pay your deposit up front and then wait months to get your landscaping done. Also be prepared to have your requests ignored, as we have had. This "company" didn't even plant the correct tree when we agreed upon it several weeks before the day of the landscaping. Also ruined our grass with tractors and machinery. No apologies, just poor customer service and beyond poor communication. Buyer beware.....

Ross Restoration charged us almost double what they quoted us. They never gave us any indication…read morethat the project was going over budget and there was no work change request or anything to show extra work was needed. I understand a small variance between quote and final invoice but this goes beyond that. They refused to negotiate the final invoice. Terrible service, do not recommend. The owner responded saying my problem is with insurance. It is not. My insurance is treating me fairly and paying the claim. My problem is with the bad faith estimate that was provided to me by Ross Restoration. I think his response shows their lack of ownership of when they make mistakes in their work. There are regulations that are supposed to prevent surprise billing and it is reasonable that consumers shouldn't expect more than a 10% difference between estimate and final bill. His response is a great example of why I do not recommend them.
