THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. The actual workers are very good and know what they are doing. However, the owner Dan seems to have multiple personalities. Very nice when looking at the job but not very detailed when quoting work. I would not suggest doing business with them. When asked to perform significantly less work than discussed, the owner demanded we pay the original amount quoted. We had a very large tree topple into our neighbor's tree after high winds. The company brought the tree to the ground with the understanding they would come back the next day to cut up & remove. We were quoted $5000.00 for the work. Yes the work for one tree was $5000.00. The neighbor then found someone interested in wood so we called & left message stating they didn't need to cut up or remove, however they still want their $5000.00. Since they were insisting on the $5000.00 we had them cut up the wood but not remove as we figured if we had to pay we would have them work. read more

Infinity removed two mature trees from our back yard that had insect damage and one was about 3 feet from our deck. Not a problem for them....these guys are pros. They also did stump grinding and removed some branches that had accumulated due to the surrounding trees. The property where the trees were located was difficult to get to because of the grade of our yard. It required traveling a longer distance to remove the trees and branches. They did it and cleaned up all of the mess. I highly recommend them for any tree service work. Polite and professional and their pricing was very reasonable. read more

Dan and his crew did an amazing job removing two large maple trees at a very reasonable price in just one day. Infinity is the most professional and efficient tree service we have ever used. I called the company and Daniel came within 2 hours to give a quote. After agreeing with the low rate, Daniel brought his 3 men team and removed the trees and picked up all the small branches and cleaned up the yard with a blower along the deck for any additional branches. The team even cleaned up the street where the tree branches where being shredded after completing the work... I would highly recommend this company for punctuality and professionalism for any outdoor services that someone may require. read more

I cannot emphasize enough how professional, reasonable, and hardworking these guys are. They removed a gargantuan tree that was close to my house and they did it IN THE RAIN. They also removed the stump, the roots, and even took the mulch away. I really appreciate their hard work, especially since the weather was terrible and removing my tree was not an easy task. We are very happy with the work done by Infinity Outdoor Services today! They cut down a large tree right next to a shed and several small ones & also got rid of the stump. There was no damage and they cleaned up all branches and debris from a messy Maple. This company gave me the best quote and the guys on the job seemed like they enjoyed their work too. These guys did a great job removing several dead ash trees! The climbed them so there were no issues with heavy equipment, and they were careful with the removal so no gouges the green space. Very competitive price and quick service. read more
