The fence is rotten and falling apart, soon to be replaced. When they put it back up I couldn't believe how great it looked! It's 100% safer now too and will certainly hold up until it the new one is installed. I called to treat my Pin Oak tree in April and by…read moreSeptember they hadn't come out yet and I called them to find out what was going on, the lady I talked to on the phone said "oh yes you are on the schedule, there is a certain part of the year we can do that treatment" I wanted for them to do treatment "in" the tree instead of around the tree like they did last year. When they came out and actually did the service they did around the tree instead of in the tree. Not the right treatment that I wanted. The guy that did this said they could do what I wanted because it was too late in the season. They obviously forgot about my treatment and lied to me when I called. Will never called them ever again. In the meantime, we have another company do the work we needed done. So, we called to cancel them, but when it comes to the day they were supposed to come out, they show up. He calls to let us know he's there and my wife says she'll be right out. When she comes out, they had already started cutting on a tree, which by the way was the wrong one. The one they were supposed to cut down was now a stump 6ft away and could tell it was freshly cut down. She tells him we had canceled and of course he says we did not and there would be a charge away. There was also some sob story about jobs and people not showing up. So, if there is a charge away, my wife says you've already started cutting the tree. Nothing I can do now. He cuts down the tree, 4 little bushes, and one big bush and charges a huge amount for that little. Now I come home and see all of this and completely blown away. So, the next day I call and basically told to pound sand. He wants to argue about whether we called to cancel. Not the fact you cut the wrong tree or the fact you started the work before speaking to anyone, face to face, when you got there to confirm the work being done. You know since there a freshly cut stump right next to the wrong tree that was cut. I am completely unsatisfied with this service and basically being told to pound sand with my concerns. Also seems weird that all the good reviews sound like a commercial.
