We went to the office the next day to schedule and to see if a downpayment were required and to discuss where they could bring in their equipment. No downpayment was required. Due to weather/other jobs taking longer, the office had to reschedule our appointment. With top-notch customer service, they kept on top of this and assured us they'd meet the scheduled appointment.
