I got ahold of Monster Tree and talked to a guy and he was very nice about everything I wanted. He came out and gave me a price list for each tree that I wanted work done on, he said I could do as much or a little as I wanted. The price was rated for each tree. I called them and set up a day to do the work and they were here first thing in the morning ready to go. Of course it was a drizzly rainy cold morning but they were there to work. They started working everybody knew what to do and where they should be, it was neat to watch them work. The rain stopped and they started working on the last tree, the one over the house. They were great and cleaned up all the limbs and twigs that fell. Yes I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else. Great guys that know how to work, very polite, and clean.

This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company.
