Where others said it'd be a week or 2 before they could visit the property to do their assessment, Esteven was there by week's end, and came back the very next day to mow, edge, trim and clean-up. They removed that branch that had fallen but did not bother to tell us. When confronted about it they asked if we wanted to talk to a supervisor to which we said yes. No supervisor showed.
