My yard now has deep pits from parts of the tree falling, deep enough to bottom out my riding mower. They did not bother to fill in the pits. Property line was damaged enough that water runoff from neighbors property is now flooding down my house. They damaged my wife's raised bed garden smashing some of her plants. They removed that branch that had fallen but did not bother to tell us. When confronted about it they asked if we wanted to talk to a supervisor to which we said yes. No supervisor showed. The next day we found a half dead replacement plant in a bucket by our garden. Called the office to speak to owner but never received a call back. Very unprofessional business practices in my opinion. Again I did not hire them for any work but i certainly paid a price.

I can't say I've ever had any issue with anything I've bought from there that was the fault of theirs. I did kill some rose bushes BUT GUESS WHAT I did that myself, user error. Im 100% confident if I had had any issue with anything I had bought through the years, trees, shrubs, garden vegetables or flowers I could of taken it to them respectfully and they would of treated me the same, that's what keeps me coming back like 100s maybe 1000s of others, which speaks for itself. I told them that was unacceptable and they brought out a clump river birch which we had requested. Unfortunately, it was all chopped up and it wasn't acceptable either. We decided to replace the tree with a nice tree at our expense. We will never use their services again. We don't recommend using them for anything.
