I called 5 tree service companies and he was the only one to respond not to mention within 24 hours. More importantly he explained their services , did what they said they would do, and cleaned up very well after themselves. If you are looking for service that Tony Bricker Tree Service offers I highly recommend you speak with them before you decide. Dennis M.

I did not hire Onsite. I am a direct neighbor to a property they worked on. The tree they cut down…read morewas close to the property line so I expect accidents to happen. My yard now has deep pits from parts of the tree falling, deep enough to bottom out my riding mower. They did not bother to fill in the pits. Property line was damaged enough that water runoff from neighbors property is now flooding down my house. They damaged my wife's raised bed garden smashing some of her plants. They removed that branch that had fallen but did not bother to tell us. When confronted about it they asked if we wanted to talk to a supervisor to which we said yes. No supervisor showed. The next day we found a half dead replacement plant in a bucket by our garden. Called the office to speak to owner but never received a call back. Very unprofessional business practices in my opinion. Again I did not hire them for any work but i certainly paid a price.

R & M Lawn Control is amazing--just call them, you won't regret it!…read more I needed four large, ugly bushes and their deep roots removed from my front yard. After wasting time on annoying websites that demanded my personal data just to browse, I found R & M on Yelp at the top with a 5-star rating. Rich responded to my text within an hour and gave me a great estimate the next day. He started immediately, and just one hour later, the job was completely done! The bushes and roots were loaded in his trailer, my landscape slate was neatly replaced, and the cleanup was spotless. To top it off, he actually lowered his initial quote because the job went smoothly! Rich is fast, professional, honest, and cost-effective. Finding him took a huge weight off my shoulders. Save yourself the hassle and call them today!

A year ago, my lawn started looking really bad and I called them to start up service again. I have been thrilled up until now. I had a burned spot in my lawn, the large area does not have the best soil, but green grass was growing there. I called to ask for someone to come out to check on it. The gentleman came (unannounced,) I was told it was because of my poor soil conditions. I called back a few days later to talk about this again as other spots have appeared. I was told the same thing. These other spots are in the middle of my healthy lawn that has great soil. I was told to look around at my neighbors lawns, they are the same!! (are you kidding me?) Well, they are not the same and the only difference are the chemicals used on my lawn!! He said the rain this weekend will fix it. If it needs "fixed" then there is something wrong!! I asked for something to be done and he refused. I asked to speak with the owners and he said they were not available for two weeks. My frustration is not only with my lawn, but with the attitude of the a general manager just throwing away my loyal business after so many years. If my business isn't valuable enough to negotiate a solution, then my decision to take my business elsewhere was a good one.

From the first encounter until right now, everything turned out perfectly. My quote was quick and crystal clear. He was polite and professional. No hidden charges or upselling at all. We made our appt and only had to wait 15 days. Josh showed up at exactly when he said he'd be here. We walked around my house, and I showed him my concerns. He immediately got started and he spent his entire day doing exactly what he said he was going to do. I was shocked that he was able to work a miracle in 6 hours. I can't tell you how often I have had a service done, and not been satisfied. That was absolutely not the case with Josh. His work is impeccable, and it's clear his attention to detail is on the top of his list. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their home to be "like new" again. I would recommend him to my Mom and Grandma, that's how impressed I am with his services. I plan to schedule an annual cleaning for my siding and to also get my roof cleaned. Now that I have met him and seen his work firsthand, I will not be contacting any other company for work that needs to be done. He will be my first and only call. Thank you, Josh! Our house has never looked better!
