Rowan Landscape & Design is unquestionably one of the best vendor experiences that I have ever had. I met with them about the possibility of a complete overhaul of my existing home landscaping. Through the process, they made me comfortable that not only did they understand what I was looking for but also would perform the work as if it was being done on their own residence. I couldn't believe how quickly they got me on their schedule and then actually showed-up when they said they would (a rarity in this day and age). Literally in 2 days they had completely transformed the entirety of our home landscaping. They saved what existing features they could, completely transformed existing features to look as good as new, and added plants and materials that blended perfectly with the existing landscape features. They finished the project BEFORE the date they promised... they came in UNDER the estimate they provided... and they FOLLOWED-UP in a way that completed the process by showing how much they actually cared. The biggest difference between the other guys and RL&D is in the level of professionalism and friendliness of the crew. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, Curtis was prompt in communication and offered suggestions to work with our budget. Curtis and his team did an outstanding job with our property. Last fall Rowan Landscape and Design aerated and over seeded the lawn and it looks great this spring. I just had them come back to Edge, Mulch, trim shrubs and clean up our large beds. From the initial phone consult, through quoting and onsite review, to finishing the job, it's apparent that Mr. Rowan cares about his craft as the results show! We hired Rowan Landscape & Design to do our mulching and seasonal trim. I was looking forward to seeing a rejuvenated landscape area but I was shocked at how good the landscaping looked after the service. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and that they took their time to get it right. They also dug up some eyesore rose bushes and replaced them with some Hostas at their recommendation.
