The county was also doing construction on the same property line. Arrow fence charged $900 to remove the fence posts and buried cement holdings, but I got the construction company to do. I had to contact Arrow Fence SEVERAL (way too many!) times, over and over again to hear the sales rep say things "like, oh I forgot", or "manager is out of the office again". Arrow fence would got give a credit or refund! Workers that actually re-installed the fence did a GREAT job, they were efficient, on time and communicated well, almost like they worked for a whole different company!

Phil helped get it fixed in Spring (after first quoting $600 for repair...) but now it is happening again in Fall and he says it's caused by Frost and not covered under Activeyards warranty (true) or installation warranty because it's "weather related". Even though there hasn't been frost since he fixed it in Spring... So I guess use them if you want the best price on a fence. Be wary if the place you're installing the fence has any "weather" because you're on your own if the gate stops working (and what more do we ask of a fence, really, than sturdy walls and a gate that opens and shuts?).

Day before the appointment, he let me know that he needed to reschedule because he has a job to start out of town now... Okay, I get it. I'm not as important as a paying job. I'm not upset and reschedule, even though I had already changed plans to be there. The day he comes, he's nice enough, and does measurements for the job. He then says "We'll try to get this estimate done tonight, but I can't promise that." I said, "Okay, looking forward to the result." It's now been a week, and they are ghosting my calls. I only call once a day. I leave a detailed message. I'm not rude. I'm just like "Still looking for my estimate. Don't trust all the positive reviews. I did, and it waisted much of my time and effort. DO NOT GO WITH PINNACLE FENCE IF YOU VALUE TIME AT ALL. (This is an honest review of my experience.)

Let me start this out as-twenty+ years ago we had Gleave Construction install fencing for our yard…read morearound our Victorian Italianate home. They were extremely helpful in recommending/supplying modern products that would meet both current building codes and our Historic Review Board approvals . Their expert installation looked marvelous. Over the years it has continued to look and function extremely well and stood the test of time... Much to our dismay, in December of 2025, an in-attentive driver jumped the curb & sidewalk to remove a large portion of the front facing fence. Gleave Construction came to our rescue. With the utmost care and professional workmanship they were able to make a perfect repair of our property. That said, in-spite of having to deal with the Huntington lime stone shards & bedrock, they were able to remove the damaged posts that were set in concrete. And reset new posts and fencing as needed. This included custom fabricating/matching materials used 20 years ago. We could not be more pleased with the valuable services provided by Gleave Construction personnel- the owners, the office staff AND the installers are wonderful people to work with.

I had to repeatedly call in order to schedule my installation after receiving a quote. I was told that there was a 3 week wait, and it's now been 4 weeks and I'm not on the schedule this week or next. When I call I get no answer from the secretary. Only a promise that Adam will call me when he gets back in. Three days in a row and no returned call.
