We have attempted to call the business and salesperson multiple times however they fail to give a direct answer as to when the installation will take place. The last attempt was on Monday, August 10th in which I spoke with one of their schedulers to get a time. She stated that they were waiting on the sliding door and that she would email me with an update, I once again received no correspondence. I feel like the company took our money and forgot about us, I would like to have the installation date set within the next two weeks. Absolutely no communication....
