He plays games and talks about if you pay now you can get $250 off and claims multiple times that he is speaking with "the owner". There are no deals and there is no "owner" and these people aren't even a business.. look it up and you'll see.. he uses the address of Area Realty Brokers owned by a family member. He also has a long rap sheet.. again...look it up. I grew up with criminals and I know the game. I hope you're proud of yourself JUSTIN DAGER. You left my family of 6 in a terrible situation. Hired ABF to do a "self-move" from Louisville, KY to the Fort Wayne / Whitley County area. The…read morefirst part of the move went great, so expectations were high on the receiving end. Thankfully, these expectations were met. The person I called about delivery of the trailer was very helpful and they DO call as they say they will when the driver is on the way. The driver was excellent at spotting the trailer where we needed it to be, in spite of having to back up a drive that is about 250 feet long with lots of curves and uphill. We had packed the truck using the bulkheads that lock into the sides of the trailer and getting them out is NOT easy. They have another type of trailer, do yourself a favor and ask for them, easier to lock in place and remove. Due to the professional packers being used at the origin, when the bulkhead was removed, there was no slippage of our possessions and everything arrived in the same condition as was loaded. Whew! Plan on using ABF when we move the remainder of our possessions, we are sold on them. BTW: They take the "YELP coupon" and take $50 off the rental cost when you call them.

Still charged $150 for the extra man though. Saturday at 6:00pm they were done for the day. Sunday Jordan came at 12:06pm to finish the job with only 2 movers. The job was finished by 2:00pm. The quote I received via email & what he charged were not even remotely close. With all this said, I also have issue with the professionalism of the owner. For the 2 days I had contact with him during the move, I felt he was inappropriate in his conversation with me. He spent a lot of time trying to engage in conversation with me or flirting. In no way did I imply I as interested in him. His employees looked embarrassed for him.
