One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

Trash. Shameful. Disgusting. There is no end to the absolute atrocity that is my experience with…read morethis place. My receiving movers described the state of my belongings as "an atrocity". That they'd never seen such disrespect, unprofessionalism, lack of care receiving trucks and were disgusted by my experience. The owners of THEIR agency called to ask if I was ok because their crew was upset FOR me! Please avoid at all costs. This business ruined $50k+ of furniture and I received back less than half of what they charged for the moving fee. $600. (Not $6,000 in case there is a need for clarification.) And to add insult to injury, I TIPPED AND BOUGHT LUNCH for these movers while they were packing up my belongings in the heat. My items weren't just scratched, I had custom furniture with huge digs in the wood, beyond repair, I had a $3k bed frame so destroyed my receiving movers couldn't reassemble it. I went through the process and was told a myriad of excuses and they conveniently apologized with a "well we're sorry" and refused to make things right. Now I have an entire household of furniture I am still paying for, some of it forever destroyed beyond use, all of it, and I mean ALL, every single piece, forever damaged. 100 photos of each piece of damaged furniture, oh and also a box of glassware destroyed, and an heirloom chest hand painted by my great grandmother. I live in Virginia Beach. They were delivering in the area and the driver hit my van and kept going…read morebecause he was running a red light! Filed a police report and called them right away. They verify that that driver was there but still don't really think they caused the damage because the driver said he didn't hit my van. Said I could be making this up! I'm not. Just want my van fixed because his van hit it and drove off. The officer called the company and the company waited until late in the day to call him back so the driver was gone before the cops could show. Oh. And Rob, the owner, told the cop the same thing. That how does he know that I'm not just trying to pin damage on him? Well, I'M NOT. So if they are willing to lie about that, then good luck having them pay for any damage to your household goods because they'll just come back and say you did it. Think twice before using them. They aren't honest.
