Trash. Shameful. Disgusting. There is no end to the absolute atrocity that is my experience with this place. My receiving movers described the state of my belongings as "an atrocity". That they'd never seen such disrespect, unprofessionalism, lack of care receiving trucks and were disgusted by my experience. The owners of THEIR agency called to ask if I was ok because their crew was upset FOR me! Please avoid at all costs. This business ruined $50k+ of furniture and I received back less than half of what they charged for the moving fee. $600. (Not $6,000 in case there is a need for clarification.) And to add insult to injury, I TIPPED AND BOUGHT LUNCH for these movers while they were packing up my belongings in the heat. My items weren't just scratched, I had custom furniture with huge digs in the wood, beyond repair, I had a $3k bed frame so destroyed my receiving movers couldn't reassemble it. I went through the process and was told a myriad of excuses and they conveniently apologized with a "well we're sorry" and refused to make things right. Now I have an entire household of furniture I am still paying for, some of it forever destroyed beyond use, all of it, and I mean ALL, every single piece, forever damaged. 100 photos of each piece of damaged furniture, oh and also a box of glassware destroyed, and an heirloom chest hand painted by my great grandmother. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR BELONGINGS AS I DID! One of the worst decisions I have made in my life. If I can help prevent someone else's misery I will be very grateful. read more

I live in Virginia Beach. They were delivering in the area and the driver hit my van and kept going because he was running a red light! Filed a police report and called them right away. They verify that that driver was there but still don't really think they caused the damage because the driver said he didn't hit my van. Said I could be making this up! I'm not. Just want my van fixed because his van hit it and drove off. The officer called the company and the company waited until late in the day to call him back so the driver was gone before the cops could show. Oh. And Rob, the owner, told the cop the same thing. That how does he know that I'm not just trying to pin damage on him? Well, I'M NOT. So if they are willing to lie about that, then good luck having them pay for any damage to your household goods because they'll just come back and say you did it. Think twice before using them. Taken a break from reviewing on yelp but trying to get back into reviewing. Moving across the country is a major undertaking. It takes a lot of effort to get your stuff packed, to get them moved, start a new life, buy and fix up your new house... and doing it right before a major pandemic hit... made the situation all the much harder. Thankfully, I did find some great companies to help me. Finding myself in Ohio, starting a new job while living at a Holiday Inn and sharing a room with two other family members is not ideal. I wanted out of that as soon as possible. When I was looking for a moving company to pick my stuff up from storage in Miami and bring it up to my new place in Ohio... I was overwhelmed with choices but I was nervous. I had seen and heard of a lot of disreputable companies that take advantage of movers... disappearing with their stuff. I was told by my boss to try Celina Moving and Storage as they are a very reputable company. Definitely glad I chose them. The person who scheduled me patiently helped me thru the process and was able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule to make sure I would have my furniture within a day of getting my new house. They went down to Miami and got my stuff and delivered it to my new home in Van Wert, OH on a very frigid Feb 14... when the temperature high that day was 18 degrees with a low of 6! Yes, there was a Greek column that was delivered damaged... but that was a cheap to replace. Everything else and it was a lot of stuff including some expensive furniture and other items arrived in my house with no problem at all. i am happy I trusted this company as my worldly possessions where quickly and efficiently unpacked and put into my beautiful new home... especially since they did it on such a cold day! You will get a quick and obscene quote. But if you plan on moving forward you'll have to make 3,4,5 more calls to get scheduled. You'll find out days before you need to move IF you've made it on the schedule. You won't be told a delivery date at that time. That's another 2,3 calls. They damaged the wall of the house I moved out of. They scratched about every floor of the house I moved into. I had just paid $13k to refloor that home. It was 2 or 3 days later they moved furniture around like it was on carpet. One of the movers lost his grip on a 60lbs weight in front of my eyes - left a nice chip in the middle of the hallway. Another mover was trying to be sneaky and leave boxes in the garage when no one was looking even though they were paid to bring the boxes to their rooms. He did that several times. When they leave you'll sign a form saying how wonderful and perfect they are BUT DO NOT DO IT UNTIL YOU WALK THROUGH YOUR HOUSE!!! They will pressure you to sign so they can have the rest of the day off but I promise you they are hiding something. read more

I recommend Celina Moving & Storage very highly for long-distance or local moves. They recently moved me from Sidney, Ohio to Gulfport, Mississippi. It was my fifth long-distance move. Olivia was so attentive to my needs and she treated me as if I was their only customer. She coordinated my move and kept in close touch with me before, during, and after the move to see if there was anything she could do for me or if I had questions. She was beyond accommodating and did everything she could to make my move the very best it could be and to secure the dates I wanted for the move. She was always reachable, patient, and kind; and she gave me all of the time I needed when I had questions. During the move itself, I was so impressed with how my belongings were handled with such care. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in pads; with even shelves within the furniture being wrapped individually. The driver, Zach, was always on time and his strong work ethic was very obvious in the care he took with my belongings. At delivery he and the crew placed everything exactly where I wanted it and he kept checking with me to see if there was anything else he could do for me before he left. If you choose them, I would recommend requesting Olivia to coordinate your move, and Zach for the driver. They both went above and beyond for me! read more
