One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

I say "end of their shift" and not "when they have finished working" because it is a minor miracle to catch them doing any actual work. They take forever to complete the simplest task, and when you call them for information they are totally clueless when it comes to any kind of estimated dates. They are rude, unprofessional... the list goes on and on. You would have to be unbelievably desperate or a special kind of stupid to hire these people. If I could give them zero stars, I would. On September 8 a lightening storm took our 100 year old tree down on our home leaving us with a huge hole and water in living areas. I called roofers and Steve showed up buttoned down the 2 areas. I didn't see him leave as I was dealing with tree removers. I requested estimates from several companies and went with Buckeye other businesses could not do the job of a full roof replacement til December. Buckeye had the crew and put me on his list for October. His crew came and set up equipment and was ready by the 7:30 appointment time. The crew of 8 worked tirelessly for the day with only taking 1/2 hour break for lunch. I was impressed with how hard they worked, never stopping til they finished. It was a big job on a large 2 story home with addition. They had there system down to a science and left no debris of any kind behind. On top of all they were a pleasant and friendly crew. As if this wasn't enough the icing on the cake was the very fair price for this TREMENDOUS JOB. Thank you Buckeye you are highly recommended.

After a sleepless night I called Brian at snappy's and explained to him my situation and he was more than empathetic and I felt so relieved. that day my mower was finished and when picking it up the bill was more than reasonable I felt for all they went thru to fix it , dropping the deck which is no easy task for me and getting into that tight area to get to the parking break. I drove into T&D interiors, my first trip to Lima, OH. I spoke with Joel, and we went over our options. I originally was going to get tile... I love tile floors. There was a problem, though, tile is cold. Ohio is frigid. Yeah that wouldn't have worked because heated tile is a bit too expensive for my budget. I don't like hardwood floors because it's easily damaged/scratched and needs a lot of maintenance. I was looking at just simple vinyl floor when he recommends luxury vinyl plank. It's scratch resistant and water proof. Sold! He showed me different colors and styles and I picked one that was grayish brown in color. Had him do my entire house. It wasn't cheap, but the end it looks amazing! I love my new floors. They originally gave me an estimate of 10 days to perform the labor, they did it in 7. Awesome! If your looking for flooring experts in Lima/Van Wert definitely look these guys up.

I had one bad experience 10-15 years ago, but every other time they provided a piece of equipment that started quickly, ran reliably, and functioned as needed. I have rented stump grinders, lifts, driveway graders, chipper/shredders, and several other items. The service is friendly and helpful and if you rent it on Friday after 1:30 pm you can have it as a one day rental until Monday morning. I recommend them.

My only complaint is for the gentleman in the shop who was polite, but doesn't understand customer service. What kind of equipment rental place rents you an engine hoist and then tells you that "they don't give the handle for the jack because people don't bring it back". Any decent equipment rental place knows how to inspect their equipment before the person who rented it leaves, so they have more than enough time to see if there is a handle or not. Not only that, but I had to put a $50 deposit down to rent the equipment on top of rental fees. What? You're telling me I have to put $50 down on a piece of equipment that isn't complete? What is that $50 for if not for covering broken and damaged equipment? I would have no problem paying a deposit if the equipment I rent is whole. Mind you this is after I had to come back because whoever put the hoist up left the ram on its side and all the fluid leaked out, and I was accused of leaving the ram on its side in the bed of my friend's truck. I got to my place, put the hoist together only to realize that i must have forgotten the jack handle and the ram only went up about 6" only to hit a dead spot. Called them and the guy on the phone asked if I left the ram on its side while transporting it and told him that it was on its side at their facility. No problem, polite on the phone, straight to the point. Got there, he filled the ram with fluid and even made the comment that it took a lot of fluid. That's when I asked about the handle and got the comment I got. What a pile of shit.
