Two young men came to clean our rugs. They didn't clean under a few pieces of furniture so they…read morewere sent back to take care of that. They were in and out too quickly. I didn't see them washing under one couch. When they left, I felt under the couch and the whole area was totally dry. I do not believe they ever washed under that couch. They rushed out the door and that was it. Very disappointed.
