The dumpster was a whole day late and only compensation was $25. My friends had finished the demo and piled most of it on driveway by the time dumpster arrived. It was out for delivery in evening of delivery date when I called at 5pm but it never came. Instead of being first for a delivery the next day it took 4 phone calls and nobody really prioritizing us. I went to the website and the price for a 20 yard dumpster is 349.00. I called to order and was told that the price was 459.00. I received an email asking me to send in my information. I did and received a quote for 354.00. I accepted the offer and called to place my order and was told the WRITTEN quote was in error and the cost was actually 469.00. Bait and switch, maybe? Ordered a dumpster on a Monday was promised delivery on Friday 9/1/17....had to pay up front and they never deliver d the dumpster talked to many people who played the blame game. They all claimed I was in the schedule and I started talking to people at 3pm and they never would call me back until after the delivery service had closed The supervisor was very arrogant and pretty much didn't give a hoot that I had 12 people coming to fill the dumpster. I feel they broke our contract and I should receive the $150.00 they charge for a cancelation fee since THEY did NOT It hold up thier end of the contract .... I really don't know where to start! I called in after mom has passed to get a dumpster for cleaning out her home. Well I was told it would be delivered on the 6th of June. Nothing came! So I called in the evening several times and customer service kept blaming dispatch for not responding. I called today and have talked to several people and always the same thing...They would have someone call me back. That they guarantee a 2 hour call back. Well I waited and called back. they claim today they got a picture of the street and that the cars were in the way. That is a public street and I NEVER got a call so I could have the neighbors move. Then I get told I would get charged 150.00 for them to do a dry run. That is not fair to me when I was not notified or called about the problem! Now I call and they say dispatch has cancelled the drop off because they are afraid they would tear up the neighbors yard! Hello why did you not call me. I am dealing with enough with my mom passing to be treated like this. I want a full refund! None of this is my fault. Teach your drivers and dispatch to be more responsive! read more

Budget Dumpster was spot on when I needed all 3 dumpsters delivered and picked up- AND my uncle who was the home we cleaned up even gave them a hard time when picking up one day because we threw something away he wanted out, the driver was patient until a neighbor helped him get it out. I would highly recommend and would use again! (but hopefully he won't need it) read more

On oct 13th I entered into a verbal contract with Budget Dumpsters. They read me the contract and I agreed. Gave them credit card for payment and dumpster was delivered as agreed. kept it for the agreed time and credit card was charged. It turns out that I was supposed to call and have it removed. At 31 days they had emailed, I was out of country. Back on day 45 was informed that I owed $450. Called and admitted my mistake and was told tuff luck you owe. Being in business is more than $. THIS IS A SCAM. After claiming they attempted to drop off a dumpster to me but could not deliver due to space, they billed me an additional $150 for a "failed delivery fee" leaving me with NO dumpster and $150 less. I am also still waiting for my $339 refund as well and it has almost been a week since the cancellation. I had a different company delivery the same size dumpster a day later.
