They did not do what I asked them to do. They were making excuses. So the first time, they did what they thought was wrong. The next week, I called them again and they argued with my mom this time. They finally agreed to do the roto rooter job. They only cleaned it out part way. I will no longer do business with them. I had to call another company to do the job correctly.
