was told by the technician I was going to able to make payment plans and they will work with. I haven't heard from the company in weeks regarding payment. Was not contacted when or how much was even going to be with drawn. Several weeks later I wake up with an unexpected large withdrawal from the company. Luckily i randomly happen to check my account one morning and got hit with the bill.. luckily I didn't overdraft on my account. these guys were wonderful. They were here 3 times, ran a camera through our lines, and investigated the tiles and indoor pipes. We thought we were looking at a $2000 bill, but it was less than 10% of that. They were very polite and thorough, explained that the connection to the city sewer was an elbow and that was the issue, but we are good to go. They could have easily taken advantage of our ages and replaced tiles that did not really need it, but they are totally honest. My new favorite guys! Thanks Jed, from the Fremont Adkins. Two times I had drains backing up/draining slow due to septic tank being full. Apparently my wife and daughters think it's a competition to see who can possibly shove the crapper with the most TP before flushing. I called in the morning and they came out in the afternoon to make my poopy day less poopy. read more

NOT honest and does not care about the customer. Be careful, Adkins will come and collect your money and then tell you what they cannot and will not do. 7/6/18 They sawed the bolts holding the ONLY toilet in my house off. Upon competition stated "we are out of wax rings & don't have the correct bolts to reinstall your toilet." Suggested I run and catch my plumber who I mentioned was 2 blocks away at a friends. Adkins men left. 5/5:30 My plumber came,installed toilet & charged me a $70 service call. I called Adkins to inquire about their policy & was it customary to leave a toilet off ? Debbie who I scheduled the appt.with, had me explain what happened, told me they do not remove toilets & said I must have removed it myself, I let her know what happened and she assured me my check would not be cashed until the mgr called me back. 7/19/18,I noticed my check was cashed/endorsed by Roter-Rooter. I called to inquire why I had not been contacted, Debbie let me know,she could not help,Sara the mgr. would call me back on Monday. 7/23/2018 no call, so I called & Sara answered,I asked if she was the mgr & had a msg. to call me? She told me, she wasn't the mgr., & would try & help.She would have to relay to the owner & have him call. 7/24, John (owner) called.We retraced events,he expressed they don't remove toilets,aren't plumbers and IF I was an elderly person they do try to put their toilets back on. I explained,I called & stated the problem I needed service for & the receptionist did not mention this to me. John expressed they weren't plumbers again, I again explained, that It would have been helpful to know this upfront, when I called and stated the problem. Additionally,to let me know this prior to cutting the bolts off & removing my only toilet without anyway to reinstall it. Herein lies my issue and complaint; Had Adkins told me they weren't plumbers & don't remove or put back toilets, I would have called someone else.
