We were greeted by Paul, who took over with the replacement of the generator head and also did some maintenance and oil leak repairs. He explained everything that was involved and what modifications would be necessary to use the existing Diesel engine. Neat, clean, and when you see your unit in better condition than how you brought it in! Brian was introduced to us, and gave us a tour of the facility and welcomed us to see them in action. He also explained what the company does, answered any and all questions, and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.
