We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, but I doubt I'll return.

The UPS Store hooked me up with an envelope for $1.00 (they actually price the envelopes at 93 cents so with the tax of 7 cents it is an even $1 which I think is smart & wish more retailers/restaurants did this). The worker scanned my barcode, threw the item into the envelope, slapped the label on it (that he printed) and I was out the door. I think the entire encounter probably took 90 seconds. It was a great experience that I just had to share. I have gone to this store before in the past to return some items to AT&T and had a similarly easy and quick experience. I highly recommend this location. FYI - they also apparently offer notary services if you ever need that!

I could not read the numbers and ask for clarification. She was very rude and refused to help at all. I asked for her name and she asked why. I told her I would be contacting the franchise owner to complain about the rudeness and poor service. She was not comfortable giving her name. She has reddish short hair and does not wear glasses. Several of these packages we have paid 2nd day air for. They refuse to drive down our driveway saying weather hazard - (2-3 days were acceptable of not driving down the driveway due to ice, the other times is just an excuse to not deliver). We are in Ohio, there will be some snow and ice. We keep our driveway clear (minus the part that we live in OHIO so there will be some - usually packed down on a stone drive!) Fedex, Amazon, customers picking up items come down my driveway every single day! We have had to drive 45 minutes to the warehouse to get our packages and we have had to drive around town to look for the truck to get our packages! My sister also gave the driver $20 after receiving her packages (after 8 days!) and asked him to please deliver to my address. He took the 20 bucks and never delivered. Highly suggest not using UPS during the winter months in Ohio!

Although they are great products for moving needs, I order their 24" by 36" pads for my dog pens and the larger moving blankets are excellent for dogs with arthritis or animals that don't particularly care to lay on the bare floor. Will definitely be ordering all my moving blankets from Cameron Packaging!!!! They were very courteous. Thank you for such wonderful service.
