I got my package sniffed by the UPS store clerk. I was shipping 2 packages/ pre-packed and pre-labeled, super easy as it usually is. We've shipped hundreds of pkgs, Never a complaint at this location, great staff, but Friday afternoon, when my turn came, I was greeted by a very smiley and pleasant clerk. I thought this will be a easy in and out process, wrong! When I asked for a receipt this clerk asked me if I would tell her what was in my boxes??? Weird question to ask, I calmly said No, of course, while very uncomfortable in the mist of other customers and staff, I was now conversing with a very rude and obnoxious brat. She then proceed to pickup my package and smell it, yes I know, she help it up to her nose, like I'm shipping smelly contraband. After passing the smell test, she then proceeded to scan my items and hand me a receipt, as asked. Pleasantly said "have a nice day" and I left. When I got home and told my wife "I got my package sniffed by the UPS store clerk", she's laughing at me, asking if I washed it first. We laughed for a good 15 minutes before she told me I can't go to the UPS store alone anymore. read more

I had to ship an antique table across country. The dimensions were strange, so they had to build a box out of other boxes. The staff were extremely helpful, and the manager made sure that it was packaged with care. Five days later, the table arrived safe and sound, and we are very glad we chose UPS Freight. Gonna be a short and sweet review this time... much like how my experience went. Recently i bought some clothes at Macys and one pair of shorts i bought was too big for me. I did not want to make the trek back to the nearest store (Fort Wayne, IN) over an hour and a half away so i opted to mail back the return. I got the UPS pre-printed label from Macy's. As i was near this store on a different shopping trip in Lima, OH. I went in, gave my pre-printed label and boxed item to ship back to the store. They taped the label to the box and gave me a receipt. Simple and quick! In and out of the store in less than 3 minutes! Now thats efficient! read more

I called and spoke with the manager today. She was SO RUDE. She even gave me a non working email address to email my photos to, and said she would file the complaint for me. When I realized the email was wrong, I called and filed myself. I emailed all the info to them and am awaiting their decision for reimbursement. Either way, based on this experience, I will never use the UPS store in Lima, Ohio ewer again. I understand having problems, but when even the managers don't know how to treat customers over the phone, they don't deserve my business. I understand they're hiring there. It's obvious to me why, with that type of discourteous phone demeanor. Wow! So sad! read more

I was helping very quickly and was treated with great service. The staff is quick to help, and the prices are decent. They packed my glass pictures great and they got to their destination undamaged. 5 out of 5 I would recommend this store. read more

I love my UPS delivery man. I love the UPS distribution Center that accepts drop offs. I came to this store yesterday (half hour drive) at 6:45 pm since their website said they were open until 7. Disappointing but I understand things change. So today I get there before 6 and let them know that their website has incorrect hours. The lady cut me off 3 times while talking. I wasn't upset just trying to help them out. Very rude. I will not go back here. I'd give a zero stars if I could. read more

Went in trying to get some word documents printed and the customer computer would not open my flash drive and it also didn't have Microsoft word. The teenage girl behind the desk tried to get it to work in the back and it printed out all wrong in wordpad. After 20 minutes she said "I'd hate to send you somewhere else" and so I packed my stuff up and I was taking the wrongly printed documents with my confidential information on it and she tried to charge me and I walked out. She had to try multiple times just to get it to wrongly print at all. The computers were running on an outdated version of windows 7 and were both incredibly slow. I will never return to this UPS store and will avoid others in the future. You should too read more

If it was possible to rate this store ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT print and bind documents here. I was told on the phone the store would honor the online price. In store, they refused. So I paid online from a store computer and they printed the job (problem solved, right?) WRONG! The representative bound the job wrong (upside down) several times, until I stepped in to assist. At home later, I realize the first half of the job was still bound wrong. We went back to the store to have it reprinted and rebound. They refused to fix it without charging me. Office Depot on Cable Rd fixed the job (reprint and rebound) with zero advanced notice. And gave us a discount for our inconvenience at UPS! UPS corporate refunded my money. read more

Quick as a Wink is a bit antiquated and awkward in that regard. I had to explain to a clerk what I wanted to do, which was a bit frustrating. Also, my laptop held the flyer I wanted to print and copy, but the shop wasn't set up for a direct USB transfer from my machine, nor did it have wi-fi access for me to send an e-mail from my machine to Quick as a Wink's e-mail box (qwink@imageries.net). So I had to drive downt the street to a coffee shop, e-mail using its wi-fi, then drive back over the Quick as a Wink to pick up my copies. That's not very quick. It certainly takes longer than a wink. Anyway, the clerk (Kathy) was very helpful once she understood what I wanted. I thought color copies were too expensive (about 75 cents apiece) and b/w copies were 32 cents each. I finally asked Kathy to slap a copy of my flyer on the regular ol' Xerox machine and let 'er rip. I got a 100 copies for $10. She said the quality would be awful, and it was. Things would have been so much easier if they let me do it myself. On a side note. Quick as a Wink prints on just about anything. They make shirts, magnetic placards, calendars and more.

My mom bought a house warming gift for a close friend of hers back in Florida, and needed to ship it. I found a UPS store in Celina, and decided to ship it from there. I walked into the UPS store and was immediately greeted by the employees there. There was only one other person being helped, so I started getting helped myself rather promptly. Whoever the employee was who helped me, who happened to be in the pic when I took a pic of the store, she was courteous and very helpful. I will explain why this was especially the case later on in my review. I asked her to have the gift boxed as well and was informed that it would be a small extra fee. As I had shipped with UPS before, I was familiar with that and accepted it. She boxed it, weighed it and took down the info ok where if needed to be shipped. When it was time to pay, she asked if I was part of any program that would cause a discount on shipping. I was immediately confused and asked what she meant. She started listing programs and one was AAA. Seems that AAA members get a 5% off shipping in UPS (among other discounts for mailboxes and online print services which are higher). I was flabbergasted, i have been shipping from UPS stores for years and no one had mentioned it. I showed I was a AAA member and got my 5%. I sincerely thanked her for the info, as I would use it from now on whenever I shipped. I wish I had known this before, but glad that she had mentioned it to me. This UPS store has my loyalty from now on thanks not only the service of this one employee but the information she provided me which did and will continue to save me money! Heck its also closer than the UPS store I normally drive to! I would highly recommend shipping from here!

Menard's truly is a one stop shop for anything you may need. Until moving to Ohio I had never…read morestepped foot into one. My previous experiences with hardware stores has been ACE, Home Depot and Lowe's and quite honestly the size of this store dwarfs all those other stores. Just the lighting section alone is at least twice the size of any Home Depot or Lowe's I have ever been to. Moreover, there is a wider selection of items at a Menar's that just lighting, hardware, lumber, and gardening items. Like in larger hardware stores, you will find a major appliances section. What I never expected to find was a grocery section in a hardware store! It's just huge, each time I have been to Menard's I have discovered a new section of the store I have never been to selling more stuff. Just take a look at the pictures I took to get an idea of what they have. The service is also very good. I was looking for some pegboard hooks and other attachments for the pegboards i had in my garage. After wandering the store for so long I needed a guide. One of the employees told me what aisle they were in and then physically walked me there. Super helpful! Since then I have come here several times to buy things I needed for the house. Definitely glad I took the advice of a handyman I hired and gave this place a try!

Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.
