I phoned Bob to ask him to return to my home to repair this, and scheduled a time-- I called to leave him a reminder for the visit, and never heard back from him. My piano is not playable now. I will follow up in court. This was unprofessional and it will be a huge expense to bring someone else in to repair the piano. Do not depend on Bob- he damaged my piano and refused to come back and fix it- all for $185. Robert Rudy is not competent, is unprofessional and does not follow up.
