Instead of recognizing their error and placing me higher on their installation list, I was placed on bottom. I did not hear from them between April and end of May, and did not hear from them as to when my fence would be installed. At the beginning of July, I emailed about my frustration with lack of communication and how long this was taking since I approved the quote in April. They responded that day and the next week, they showed up to install. Contractor said it would be two days. With no additional clarification, I assumed that day and the next. Nope, that day and another day.....no information given as to when the second day would be. We had a Kentucky board, western style fence installed to keep 2 dogs in, with two access gates. Within 10 seconds of letting my dogs out, one of them got out of the fence at the gate. Come to fine out the gage of fence used behind the Kentucky board is bendable by hand. When I contacted the owner, he said this was not a normal problem. I find that hard to believe as my dog is nothing special. We had to fix the new fence ourselves. We have had to fix several additional places where the gage of the original fence is not holding up. It's too week and I can bend it myself. Decent work, quality of the product is poor, and communication is pitiful at best. Not worth the cheaper price - you get what you pay for.......

They showed up exactly on time and completed the job despite temperatures below 20 degrees. They did a beautiful job on some tricky slopes. This is a family owned/worked business who doesn't use subcontractors and they deserve their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Contractor stopped showing after the last check I gave him on Aug 28, 2019 without communication unless I reach out to him. It is Dec 12, 2019 and I've again not heard from him. Last time he showed up, he loaded some of the unused materials and left with them. He claimed that they were extras he ordered for a job at his mom's house. I would love to believe this, but given that I've not seen or heard from him since, I'm skeptical. I believe he's taken the money and run. I had another company look over the portion of work that was completed and they will have to charge me to tear out and re-do some of the work so they can make sure it is done properly. I will be out the money I've paid this contractor on his incomplete work. I've given every opportunity to make this right - a 3 week job that is now at 10 months. This is the worst experience I've had in my 48 years with any type of contractor. I will be forced to take to court for a portion of my money to be returned to pay someone else to tear out portions of the work and re-do it.

I am sure he wouldn't like it if someone did that to his family. Mr Jordan was contracted to put a privacy fence, which he did; but it was poor quality and workmanship. He was given 1/2 the money in September 2023; but for various reasons, the fence wasn't completed till May 24, 2024. I am a traveling RN, and when I came home August 31, 2024; I noticed the fence falling apart, which included the footers being above ground. I tried to reach the office, and had to leave a voice message about the fence being warped. Later that day, Mr Jordan just showed up; and I just HAPPENED to come home from an errand. He was walking my property and taking videos of it, without speaking to my son who was at the house. Mr Jordan shook the fence, and 3 sections shook together due to the footers being above the ground. I tried to explain to him that wasn't normal. He stated it was normal. I requested my money back and money to have the fence. He laughed, and told me that wasn't going to happen. He tried to blame it on the materials, but it is due to poor workmanship. The wood is old and has been in the weather. I hired an attorney, and Mr Jordan refused to contact my attorney, which the deadline was 10/9/2024. After Helena the tropical storm came through our area, more warping and separation of the boards from the fence started appearing. The fence boards are turning green, the footers are coming out of the ground, the fence is sagging in areas, the gates are sagging, and there are areas where my dog can get out. The fence isn't a yr old, and there are 20yr old fences in better shape than mine. He declines to address the poor workmanship and replace my fence. If he would have done it properly, he would have had others reach out for a quote, but due to the poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior, he has lost business.
