They showed up exactly on time and completed the job despite temperatures below 20 degrees. They did a beautiful job on some tricky slopes. Contractor stopped showing after the last check I gave him on Aug 28, 2019 without communication unless I reach out to him. It is Dec 12, 2019 and I've again not heard from him. Last time he showed up, he loaded some of the unused materials and left with them. He claimed that they were extras he ordered for a job at his mom's house. I would love to believe this, but given that I've not seen or heard from him since, I'm skeptical. I believe he's taken the money and run. I had another company look over the portion of work that was completed and they will have to charge me to tear out and re-do some of the work so they can make sure it is done properly. I will be out the money I've paid this contractor on his incomplete work. I've given every opportunity to make this right - a 3 week job that is now at 10 months. This is the worst experience I've had in my 48 years with any type of contractor. I will be forced to take to court for a portion of my money to be returned to pay someone else to tear out portions of the work and re-do it.
