Quickly inspected the roof and then gave out a fair estimate. Ended up replacing the whole roof, some spots being soft, and also the roof had three layers of shingles where my Dad had previously tried to do it himself. The group of guys sent out were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job and were good hearted people. Everything was kept very clean and orderly while working. Not a word was said they just came and began and continued until done. Took about a day and a half. Afterwards cleaned up absolutely everything so that you'd never know they were there at all. This was my first time hiring a roof service and it impressed me very much. It was like they were ready to begin at first sight of my property. Worked hard from first light till dusk. I was given options before beginning on what style and color of roof to get. And upon completion was given a guarantee on their work. I hired this company to install a gutter on my front porch for about $270. I contacted them to come back out, and they said the issue was due to a missing gutter apron. However, this was never mentioned or included in the original estimate, and now they are trying to charge additional money to fix a problem that should have been addressed during the initial install. Their own contract states the work would be completed in a workmanlike manner according to industry standards, yet the system as installed does not function properly. To their credit, they did come back out and mentioned offering a discounted solution--but I have not received any follow-up since then. At the end of the day, I paid for a working gutter system, and I don't think it's reasonable to be charged extra to correct an incomplete or improper installation. I would recommend getting very clear, detailed scope in writing before hiring.

First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.

I Called apollo to come fix it, and they said it would be cheaper to run new wires than to fix the mess that was left which cost $400.00 see invoice attached. The Tractor that you said was running and ready to go Still will not start. I had a mobile service to fix it. They said there was water in the gas which made the parts in the carb rust. They installed the new carb and it started right up. That bill was $400.00 for labor and $230 for the carb.
