The sink is way to big, The floor looks good but the threshold is a different color I feel this is stuff you had laying around and used to cut expenses. The Thermostat that you knew did not work when you left. I Called apollo to come fix it, and they said it would be cheaper to run new wires than to fix the mess that was left which cost $400.00 see invoice attached. The Tractor that you said was running and ready to go Still will not start. I had a mobile service to fix it. They said there was water in the gas which made the parts in the carb rust. They installed the new carb and it started right up. That bill was $400.00 for labor and $230 for the carb. I paid you $750 to patch and paint the hall and kitchen, but you only painted without patching Due to the threatening you made towards Antony, mom, and myself. I do not want you back on the property, instead I do expect you to cover the expenses
