Of course he did a good job tuning, and it held for quite a while. He's very knowledgable. Beware that if you're going to get your piano tuned, it's going to cost you some serious money. My 86 year old mother had Mr. Coplin come to her apartment to tune her piano. When he completed…read morethe job and left her home, she noticed that the keys now clicked when played and some of the keys were out of tune. My mother comes from a musical family and has sung on the radio so she can hear if her piano is out of tune. It was worse after it was tuned. She called Mr. Coplin and he told her he would come back and it needed all the "little orange things" on the hammers replaced and it would take about 10 minutes. He did not have any of the little orange things in his vehicle and he never came back and never returned her calls. She paid for his services, was polite, and patient. Unprofessional tech. Buyer beware!
