Then a young girl walked over with her tablet and scanned my barcode and it worked, then the older lady gave herself credit and said, "I was going to tell you to get the tablet". That was a lie! The old woman told me to step aside AGAIN and she helped two more people while I was standing there with an injury that is painful to stand or walk. They were NEVER repacked. On one box, the shipping label was never replaced & that box went back to my aunt. She had to bring it to the UPS Store a 2nd time. It finally arrived at my home, 4 days late, in the original box my aunt took it in, & still open....the UPS Store had not even bothered to add new tape!!!! Never, ever use this location....go to USPS or FedEX!

This was my first time shopping at this location and will only return as a last resort. When…read morewalking in, an employee was at the service desk to the left and another at the registers to the right, and the rest were circled around each other talking about non-work related topics in the middle of a center walkway. While looking at the printer section for ink, one of the employees gave me a side-eye look and said "can I help you find something" in a snarky, arrogant tone. After being told the ink was up by the registers, they were silent until I left the area. The employee who helped me find the ink I needed found exactly which one was compatible and we went to the register and I purchased the product. The reason for 2 stars is because no one was greeting (or up front in the area to greet), the employees on the floor were all talking together instead of working, and the woman's tone of voice was unnecessary when she told me where to locate a product. I did not want to give a 1 star because the woman who helped me find which ink was compatibility with my printer was beyond helpful and respectful.
