I live out of town, and from the first phone calls and emails with owners Tonya and Jason Benton - I knew we were in excellent hands. They were responsive, prompt, friendly and informative with regards our somewhat complex packing and shipping needs. The day we packed up the boxes, the Pak Mail team was extremely helpful and reassuring. They mailed everything for us via FedEx and media mail, and were very attentive to every detail. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and made sure every single item was delivered. They also provided me with all the tracking information so that I could track everything myself, as well. This is an efficient, family-owned operation that cares about clients and ensures all packing and shipping needs are met and exceeded. I strongly recommend Pak Mail Bellefontaine, and would work with them again without hesitation.

I lived across the street behind Central Perk for many years. My experiences were amazing. The place is very clean and well lit. This is important for the older of us who do not see so well. Bright lighting can really help when filling out small-print forms. Both times I arrived, I was served immediately by a "welcome home" smile. The staff is personable as well as very knowledgable. Yesterday I walked in with a rather large item contained in a yard trash bag. NO PROBLEM. They found a box and in five minutes, I was out the door. I took the trash bag with me.
