I didn't need anything shipped but did have to get fingerprinted for a background check. The employee was friendly, efficient, competent, and funny. It's a little awkward when a stranger has to touch your hands, but he put me at ease and made it a quick process. Parking was a bit tricky. I had to park down the street past the business but the walk wasn't bad.

I lived across the street behind Central Perk for many years. My experiences were amazing. The place is very clean and well lit. This is important for the older of us who do not see so well. Bright lighting can really help when filling out small-print forms. Both times I arrived, I was served immediately by a "welcome home" smile. The staff is personable as well as very knowledgable. Yesterday I walked in with a rather large item contained in a yard trash bag. NO PROBLEM. They found a box and in five minutes, I was out the door. I took the trash bag with me. You would do well to consider making this your package "go to" Other businesses would benefit by taking a page from the UPS customer service handbook. They treat you right!

They said they'd be printed that day. I made sure they knew I needed them asap and if they couldn't get it done by the following day to please contact me so I could make other arrangements. He assured me it would be done. Went the next day to pick them up and they hadn't even opened the email. Wasn't apologetic in any way and said they had no control over when their print guy would be in. I said I would have appreciated this information days before. Sent them to Fed-Ex and they had them finished in an hour and did an amazing job.
