We stopped in Sunday afternoon to see if they had brown packing paper rolls. Usually most ups stores carry a pretty good selection of packing and mail g materials and this is one of them. Unfortunately, they did not have this item we were looking for. Staff was courteous when we inquired and we left and went to target where we found the packing paper no problem. read more

I've used many services here - sending parcels, faxing, packing, purchasing supplies, and so forth. I had a wine shipment sent to this location because I wasn't sure I'd be home to sign for it; today they found it quickly, and a kind clerk took it to my car for me (it was quite heavy). I'm a senior and appreciated that a lot. Each time I come here the employees are helpful and efficient. read more

This store over measures your packages and adds weight all to their benefit. I have photos of this and contacted them about it, they say that's how they do business. A box that weighed 1.10 oz and measured 12 x7 cost $61 to pack and ship 35 miles.! Never again !!!! Cheaters! read more

If you ship something overnight you expect it to get there. But it doesn't because they lose it. Then they can't be of any help. If you asked to be paid the insurance for the lost item they will not pay. Use the post office, at least it's cheaper for them to lose something. read more

I have a tiny online shop and need items that are purchased from auction houses shipped to me as fast as it can go. This UPS store is the best there is around the country--and I use a lot of them. Owners Scott and Melissa and C.J. always know me and pack very well and it is out the door right after they receive the items. Some are expensive and fragile and they take the upmost care with every item. Their prices are spot on. They have helped my shop become a success. Thanks to everyone there! I had a package to return to an Amazon Seller (life-size skeleton ended up being the size of a Pygmy.... guess I should have read more to see what 'life' they were sizing up).... Anyways, dropped the package off and I'm so pleased by how quickly the staff was to help! So fast I didn't even have a chance to get his name. Alabama in synch with the arrangements being handled locally by a family member in Fairborn for my sweet, precious Mom-in-Law's funeral which was held May 11, 2023. Thank you, Susan! She also helped me track down 2 floral arrangements my work [who so generously and kindly] provided for the service. She is poised, polished, helpful and responsive, and has a lovely manicure by the way! She arranged for us to pick up one of the arrangements at the funeral home proper after the graveside service at Dayton National Cemetary and the man who helped me at the funeral home was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Belton-Stroup handled my Father-in-Law's funeral in Feb. 2012 and my sweet Mother-in-Law, who arranged his service, had zero complaints and everything went smoothly [both at the funeral home service and graveside at Dayton National Cemetary. Thank you John and Susan, and Belton-Stroup for your detailed and professional help during a sad and stressful time.

Franchise owner/manager is unhinged. Yelling at customers, refusing service, then tried to charge me for authorized Amazon return due to damaged box. No kidding the box is damaged, that's the way UPS delivered it, losing all the hardware for the item in the process. How dare UPS then refuse to accept the damaged box back. They broke it clearly, had the nerve to deliver it to me in that state, then want to charge me to repackage the item to ship it back to Amazon. I think not. I will be formally complaining to UPS and Amazon about this experience. This owner/manager has no business dealing with the public. He needs to be removed from interacting before he "goes postal". After reading your reply, you, the manager, were professional, as had been my previous experience in the 20 or so prior trips to your store. My issue is with the owner. The rotund, balding red faced jerk standing behind you wearing a UPS shirt, name tag and standing under a UPS logo while spouting out denial that he was associated with UPS. Denying all responsibility to good customer service and then refusing to ship my package yelling at me to get the package out of his store. This should have been handled by him stating " I'm so sorry UPS delivered the package in that condition. Thank you for loading into your car, driving it all the way to us, carrying it in, and wasting your time returning this package that you waited a week to receive, to only then be so inconvenienced." Instead, I had to stand there listening to that jerk tell me how he was going to charge me to box and tape the package. I returned the package to you exactly as I had received it. If it was good enough for UPS when they dropped it off to me, then suck it up and take it back as I received it. Instead, you tried to charge me for damage due to the shipper. You need to figure this out with your UPS affiliated parent company, not putting an innocent customer in the middle. How dare you sir! As far as me cursing, I responded that way only after you dropped the box at my car door and then condescendingly stated " have a blessed day". That was in no way sincere and I stand by my comment of " go F yourself". By the way, thanks for carrying it out of the store and dropping it at my car door rather than helping load it into the trunk. Have a blessed day. read more
