Am I the only one who's like - wait - this is the legit name of a business?? Apparently it's a franchise! I guess Gen Z'ers currently attending nearby UC wouldn't be fazed by a reference from before they were born. Anyway... I didn't need anything shipped but did have to get fingerprinted for a background check. The employee was friendly, efficient, competent, and funny. It's a little awkward when a stranger has to touch your hands, but he put me at ease and made it a quick process. Parking was a bit tricky. This isn't a legit postal company this is a franchise which makes their money by riding on the other giants. Absolutely terrible customer service and rude workers. This was a time sensitive document and I confirmed that this would be mailed no later than one day. They accepted my envelope in December 22nd for a priority mail and today is 24th and the tracking number is not even in the system. When I look up the tracking number it says that the number is invalid. When you call them there is no answer. I tried calling them 7-9 times in 48 hours and no answer, not even a voicemail. I mean how useless are you guys???. You seriously may rather drive the thing you want mailed to the receivers address than giving it to them. Save your money guys. I would give this establishment a 0 if I could.....the guy simply was a jerk!!!! Just so he knows, the $10 he lifted for the 3 faxes that didn't go to any of the desired destinations WILL be refunded to my bank early tomorrow morning! I should've known when it took 20 minutes of him trying to send those fax that he was lying when he said they went through. None went through. GO TO A REPUTABLE UPS OR FEDEX LOCATION.....deal with professionals, is the best advice I'd like to offer. read more

Atif charged me $10 per page for notarizing my documents ($50 for 5 stamps that took him literally 3 minutes). Same day, got the same service from another shop for $1. I second that it should get a 0/5 instead of a 1/5. read more

Terrible Customer Service!!! I made an appointment to get fingerprinting done and walked into the store located at 3239 Jefferson Ave., Cincinnati Ohio 45220. I believed the station may have been a kiosk and I could do it myself since I made the appointment online. I touched the screen and it asked for password info. Again, I thought this may be asking for the information I created when I made my appointment so as I was trying to put in that information in, the man (called himself Dave) came from behind the counter and said "What are you doing?, get away from that!, don't touch that!" Angrily, he again said "Move Back!" My child was with me as well and very startled by his behavior. I stated to him that, that is not how you talk to someone or good customer service. After trying to explain what I thought (regarding it being a kiosk) he told me I should have asked first. Again, I told him that's not how you speak to a customer and it was a mistake that didn't warrant this type of disrespect, instead of an apology he continued to voice how I was wrong in the situation. Never again will I go to this establishment!!! I called the corporate office in an attempt to relay a message to the owner of this store regarding the awful service I received!!! read more

The foreign gentleman that works there is very rude! I have used this location for over a year or so for convenience and he's not the friendliest. This last incident I had a amazon package and he told me I printed the wrong label that I needed to print another one or take it to Amazon. It was clearly the label for UPS shipping. A few days later I came back with the Amazon label and he told me the UPS system was down.... mind you he always have a disgusting nonchalant facial expression as if he's being bothered. He snatched the paper out of my hand, and I told him it's always something with him. I asked him is it that he doesn't want to send it or is UPS really down? He told me he didn't have explain anything to me he's not lying. I said "you know what, I just won't come here anymore" and he said "I don't care then don't"!!!! I then asked for his name and for a manager and he told me there is no manager there. He then went on to say he's just having a bad day and he is the manager and is there all the time, and then said "if you send this UPS it's $15, but if you take it to the postal office it's $6". All while I'm thinking, didn't he just tell me UPS is down??? Really??? I then went on to tell him that it's rude to tell a customer "you don't care" and that I manage a large number of employees at a reputable organization, and just because your having a bad day doesn't give you the right to be straight up rude to people. He refused to give me a name or phone number, but I just simply left because another customer came in and he wasn't worth my time getting upset or out of character over. In the past he has also been very irritated for me asking for a piece of tape to place on my package and told me next time I come with my amazon package I need to have my package ready to go or he will charge me for tape next time. He is the rudest person by far and I don't recommend this place to no one!! Don't give them your business. read more
