Thank goodness I found this place! Easy to get to on Jefferson Blvd. There's even plenty of free parking in the back. Located inside the Historic Ice House, enter from the main entrance in front, this business is easy to find up on the second floor. Once you've entered Tri-State Fingerprinting push button for assistance. You'll find it in the doorway to your right. Brenda came to my aid and my what a wonderful person she is. I felt so at ease right away. She's very busy but let's you know she'll be right with you. I always feel better knowing when someone has at least acknowledged your presence even if they can't help you right away. After a short while, we talked about needing fingerprints. The best part, no appointment needed!!! Whew! We got through filling out all the proper paperwork. Please try to make sure you have your BCI or FBI code. You'll need that and where the fingerprinting results should go to. Fingerprinting was a big tricky. You have to show your prints just right. So be patient as you go through this process. Brenda is very kind as she helps make sure it's done properly and no hassles from the government sending them back because they weren't able to read them. I appreciate her thoroughness. The whole experience was really great. And they even were so kind as to offer treats on the way out. I felt so happy I had an opportunity to do business with this company! And as a side note they do more than just fingerprinting services. They also over private investigations. Very helpful to know! I hope you'll enjoy coming here as much as I have.
