The most incompetent store I have ever dealt with. Called the following day to clarify a tracking number (which they produced) the person that answered the phone was not only hard to understand, but they didn't have the ability to look up a tracking number which I had but was a blurry receipt sent to me by a client. Guy on the phone would not listen after I said I don't have the phone number. There are other ways that you can look up the tracking without the phone number, I ran a store for 13 yrs and there are other filters you can use to find the information needed. Asked for the owner, he stated he was just the manager and I got hung up on. Not Very Professional. The UPS standard is failing with associates that represent the brand in this manner read more

I had a return label for a package I wanted to return, this store employee said he could not scan it, "too many lines in the bar code" I was told. I went to a different UPS location, and they had no problem scanning and accepting my package. read more

If I could give this location less than one star I would. The owners are unprofessional, rude and clueless to their business. Whenever I come in to pick up a pkg (once or twice a week or so) all of the other staff is friendly and accommodating and I am in and out. I honestly dread when I walk in and see the two owners, they always give me the hardest time to pick up a pkg. Today was the worst....They are listed as a UPS access point to use as a drop off location instead of leaving at my home since I am away from work often. After using them so many times, today they told me they are not an access point and I can not get packages delivered there because he is a private owner. They are an option when I choose a location and they are the closest to me, so I always select them. In fact they are listed as a Featured location. So I am confused why they don't know this and they are claiming because they are private owners and have mostly mailboxes, this is the case.... The hod your phone and ID hostage while they are arguing with you and have no system of organization for packages. As mentioned, the other employees are great. The owners are rude, argumentative, clueless, and a poor example of a reputable service....Definitely won't be returning here again. I was mailing boxes back home. I'm visiting the Cincinnati area and had some extra items to get home. I mailed one box at the Post Office, then decided to try mailing a box from UPS to see if it was a better price/deal. Not being from the area, I got totally turned around in the Eastgate Mall complex. My phone was trying to navigate me to the store but I kept missing it (lots of intersecting roadways). I finally got there and brought two boxes In to the store for shipping. The woman who waited on me was pleasant. She asked what I was shipping. It's really none of her business other than to know the box did not contain anything corrosive, explosive, etc. But I was compliantnice and I told her the boxes contained yarn. She had no idea what yarn was (weird) but accepted my response. She was pleasant through the whole procedure. The price was cheaper than the Post Office. I ended going back a few days later with two more boxes and she remembered me. I will use this location again should I be back in town and need to mail packages. read more

The worst of the worst UPS! There is always a problem when I visit this store! They have LOST my package while ago full with original documents/. Without a label, my envelope never left /I paid for express delivery/ the store and they blamed on the drivers. Very poor communication and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. The owner was been helpful to process the refund but damage was done and now someone out there has my most important information for their negligence! read more

This is my closest ups location. It is easy to get to with ample, close parking (incase you have to carry big boxes). The inside is a nice medium size. The staff is prompt and friendly. Usually I am just dropping off a pre printed return label package for amazon and the process is seamless! read more

I have used this location to pick up packages that may arrive when I am at work and don't want them sitting on our porch all day. I have had multiple packages that have gone 'missing'. They were shipped and confirmed arrival at the UPS location but they mysteriously don't have them. I have also mailed packages back to Amazon through this location and they charged me bc they said they were never received back at the warehouse. I feel like something shady is happening here and I won't be using this location any longer read more

I needed to send a few faxes and this UPS Store location was the closest place near me to accomplish the task. I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the quickness I was able to get the faxes sent as well as by the friendly service I received. Worst UPS STORE Ever for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called reference a P/UP Lady who answered the PHONE SAID SHE WASN'T the Manager or OWNER I asked who I needed to call for a Pickup She hung up on me, so I called her back. She refused to give me her name,(I needed her name because when I call UPS 800 number they want to know who I spoke too!) she had a "Thick Accent" that's all I have for a description of the person I spoke to. After, much a do, she finally gave me the UPS Pickup number and still refused to give me her name. Worst Customer Service!! Why does OHIO have the worst Customer Service in the USA? I mean it, at the Restaurants, the stores, even on the streets people are Brake checking and Flipping you off with their Middle Finger!! I have a Car with sensors that informs me when I'm to close to the car in front of me, but those drivers still brake hard when you're a safe distance from their rear bumper! This is the worst place I have ever shipped anything from. I've brought in an item and shipped it with them. My item was very expensive. I made sure it was packaged appropriately and insured it with the cost of shipping.They never told me to repackage it. The item showed up at my house in multiple pieces, which clearly had clearly been mishandled and broken. When trying to dispute the item with them, they lied and said that they told me to repackage it when they didn't. They're refusing to refund my shipping or to take care of the declared value of the item that was broken. They're liars and cannot be trusted. They should do the right thing for their customers and make sure that items are shipped correctly and if they're going to take money for the shipping they're going to take responsibility for the item. I would ship anywhere else besides UPS and definitely not at this store. read more
