The past (3) THREE times I have been to this location, they have been closed and locked up tight. Their hours of operation sign states that they open at 9am during the week and I have been there between 9am and 9:30am. Today I made 3 different trips there between those very times and they were still closed. A kid was inside the last time I went there and the door was locked and the open sign was off and it was 9:30am. I returned again at 11:10am only to find the open sign on but the doors still locked. The kid looked surprised that I couldn't morph through the locked doors and finally came to open the door for me. As gas continues to climb higher and higher and wasted trips and a lack of concern for the customer is apparent there at Wrap It, I believe I will just save myself the aggravation from here on out and go to the USPS on Nagle Rd. so I don't have to wait on someone at Wrap It to decide to open the doors ON TIME!
