My highest praises to DBest! Words cannot describe how awesome they are…read more The day before a big presentation, I discovered I had run out of business cards. After placing my order, I found out Kevin, the printer, was on vacation. Slightly panicked, I understood this was the risk I took on a last-minute project. The following morning, I received a phone call from Kevin at 7:30am. My order was ready to be picked up! DBest earns extra bonus points considering Kevin had to come in on a Saturday morning. With a full three hour grace period before my presentation, I was able to obtain the business cards and move forward with an excellent event. DBest is a fantastic local business that truly goes the extra mile for their customers. They've been handling my print jobs for over a year. Every time I receive beautiful, quality materials at an affordable price with a speedy turnaround time. Never rely on a corporate chain again; locally-owned DBest comes with my highest recommendation!

Very spacious Staples with wide aisles that are easy to navigate, plus lots of signs that make it…read moreeasy to find the aisle you need. Even though it's downtown, there's a large parking lot and it's easy to pull in and out. They have a little bit of everything here. Of course there are office supplies, but they also have board games, picture frames, toys, even Pokémon cards, and other random finds. They also have a large printing center. There's a clearance section too, although it was pretty disorganized, so it was hard to tell which items were priced what.

I gave her my number sure I had signed sometime or other which I guess I hadn't. I asked her if she could do it she said she was happy to do it. It was really nice to be treated that way rather than go on line and figure it out. Which I would probably forget about until the next I was there. I didn't think to ask her for her first name. I think she deserves some credit for her attitude and work ethic.

Communication with them has been great ever since. From what I can tell in the back room, they offer a wide variety of printing services. What's more important - they offer good service, personable, and there's even a friendly dog in the office to greet you - This is obviously a family business, and you feel like that when you walk in the door. A lot of the other printers I've used in the past do not have this friendly environment offer (*cough* kinkos *cough*) Turnaround time is quick, they communicate via email and directly from the website, I have not waited any longer than half a day for my order to be printed. If you're in the neighborhood, this is a good place to go, IMO.
