Kal went above and beyond at this location when I had mislabeled a package, he had set the packages I was attempting to return aside until I returned back to the store with the proper label for one of them. I bring stuff here for my business pretty much daily for the last 4 years. After hobbling in following a recent surgery I asked a nasty clerk named Maryanne if I could use a piece of tape to secure the box which had a loose end. In front of everyone she gives me a big speech about how they can't do that because one piece of tape turns into two and if it's any more than one piece of tape they'd have to bill me for a roll. I mean really is that necessary? She really seemed to enjoy the momentary power way too much. She wanted me to go and find a box or they have to sell me one. I'm stuck using UPS but I'm sure as hell not using this location anymore. I'm trying to locate the franchise owner or regional manager to make a complaint. This woman took too much pleasure in trying to belittle a customer. She should not be anywhere near the public.. read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were only able to ship one of my packages due to high-value liability restrictions. So the employee explained that I have to ship the other one from a UPS Customer Center and handed me a Mapquest print out of directions to the nearest location. It was the most efficient, pleasant shipping experience I have ever had. read more

This was simply an amazing moment. We had a textbook to return, the lady at the front counter recognized the return slip and knew exactly what to do. She pointed out the exact bag we needed, how much it was going to be with tax and did the entire packaging and return for us. All with a warm smile and an inviting attitude, we didn't feel rushed out at all. It was simply an extremely pleasant person that knew what needed done and took the legwork from us gratefully. I have a business doing e-commerce and I ship out approximately 60 packages a month, which costs a great deal of money. I pack, weigh, print/label each case and transport every package to the UPS STORE IN CRESENT SPRINGS KENTUCKY for shipment. I have been going to this particular store for about 2 months now and every single time I go into drop off my order one of the employees is either rude to me or complains about how many packages I have. I am always very polite and respectful when I go into this store. Today was the icing on the cake, I'm contacting corporate this time. The man that was working was rude, disrespectful and basically told me that they are a franchise and make NO MONEY on my shipments. And that's why it was an issus. The other 2 young men that work there told me I could drop off 15 packages at a time. Then today this guy tells me that nobody told me that amount, and that I should take my boxes elsewhere from now on This store should b shut down, the owner obviously does not care about how his employees treat people. I am going to make sure this does not happen to other people just trying to ship out their packages. read more

Worst UPS Store I have ever been. I have a UPS corporate account. Refuse to accept USPS drop offs (but will sell USPS postage to you). Complain about giving out free UPS shipping supplies. Staff complains about bad manager / owner for being cheap. Terrible service. This location needs new ownership and a crash course in Customer Service. read more

This store and the other one that the owner runs have TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I frequently drop my CRESBI crate packages off at this store. A customer had emailed me AFTER I had packaged and dropped off their shipment about including a note in it. The customer was in Ohio but the package was going to her mom in California. Since I was on my way to other meetings I called the store and Daniel said to email the note to their store, she printed it off, cut open the top tape and slipped it into the box. I was able to provide an extra service to my customers because of the extra service they provided me. THANK YOU!!! read more
