However, this last order took us two months and 10 different art changes. I am not sure why. They had our design from past signs. After two months, when we got our signs, it looked like they trimmed them with a very dull knife. The edges were jagged and the design was still not correct. When contacted, we were told that this was just normal. I hope not. Last time with this company.

We went through 10 different revisions of our art work, which they already had. And a couple of times when we got the art work back for approval, there were others things that had changed. We even had a direct conversation explaining to the design team what we were looking for and still had to go through two more corrections. From start to finish, it took us two months to get our signs. I am not sure what happened, but it was very frustrating. When we asked about a possible discounted rate, we were told that what we experianced was normal. I hope it isn't. Two months is a tremendous amount of time to wait for four signs.

I had a custom team backpack…read moremade and the owner "Colton" became very angry and started yelling at me when I questioned as to why my backpack had different lettering placement than the other team members back packs I had seen. I also had placed an order for 2 adult hats and a childs hat,and purchased a sample hat they had made. There was some confusion and miscommunication about the price of the child size hat and the sample hat (not that I cared what either of them costed as I paid for them both when i placed my order but had the prices switched on them due to the miscommunication). When i showed them the email confirming what i thought the price was they became immediately aggressive and defensive. i had been telling people the wrong price because of this! my total was still the same and i even said maybe i misunderstood what the price of each product was but their unprofessional behavior continued to escalate. They also refused to give me a copy of my invoice. Granted I love the hats.. they turned out great.. the backpack is nice quality as well just different from everyone else's. What I can't tolerate is the unprofessional behavior and the rudeness shown to their customers.
