So I paid this company $350 for UPS shipping. Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350. So my first visit here was for a serger lesson I paid $50 up front for…read more Sadly we discovered my machine needed repairs first. I give high marks to the repair team for their awesome work. This machine belonged to my mother and since she's passed, the sentimental value has gone up for me. On my second visit, a reschedule to try again, to learn how to work my serger, I forgot the instruction book. The women did explain a little of the basics but could not teach or explain "anything" else. In the brief 10 minutes she spent with me. She spoke to me in a slight sarcastic tone and used words describing functions as if I knew what she was talking about. As she offered her future assistance, if I would come back with the book, a lady from the back offered me a $20 discount. My instructor (I'll use that term loosely) jumped in to debate this and said "she's coming back" I said I'd like to take the $20 dollars off and try on my own. Sorry I forgot my book, I'll take the hit for that. But this women could use a lesson in friendliness. I feel ripped off and embarrassed. All I wanted to do was hurry up and leave after that!!
