I normally don't post things like this, but I wanted to share my recent experience in case others…read moreare considering hiring Keep On Moving Company for furniture relocation. I contacted them last week about moving furniture within my home. They quoted $80/hour per mover (2 movers, 3-hour minimum) and told me they had availability not this Wednesday, but the next. I agreed and sent photos as requested. They never acknowledged receipt. I followed up respectfully -- waited a business day, called, left messages. No reply. When I finally spoke to someone today, they denied confirming availability and essentially brushed me off, telling me to find someone else. I reached out to them because they presented themselves as a Christian-owned company, and I wanted to support local, values-based businesses. Unfortunately, what I received was disorganization, lack of communication, and an unprofessional response that wasted my time. If you're looking for dependable movers in Northern Kentucky, I recommend considering other companies. This experience was disappointing and completely avoidable.

If I could leave 0 stars in this review I would. I requested very simple moving instructions…read moreincluding only moving items that were too heavy or too large for me to move on my own without a moving truck. This included approximately 9 pieces of furniture, One of which was a washing machine. The company advertised that they would both disassemble and reassemble beds et cetera which is one of the main reasons that I hired them. 2 movers were able to disassemble load move and reassemble my items in approximately 4 hours. Days later when the official moved to the new house occurred I noticed a couple of loose bolts on my children's loft beds. It's not a huge deal initially, but as I continued making beds I also noticed the headboard on the master bedroom bed was also loose. So I grabbed an Allen wrench and went forth to tighten bolts At which point I found that there were complete bolts missing from the beds which had not been properly re attached and pieces of the bed would need to be fully removed to properly attach the bolts. I contacted the company in order to have them resend movers to properly assemble my furniture. After consulting his movers the owner called me back to let me know that they claim that the pieces that were loose we're not pieces that they disassembled! An utter and complete lie by which he was going to abide and got very defensive when I told him they were outright lying. While they did finally send someone later that day to properly assemble my furniture, I found out later as I was hooking up my washing machine that it as well, while less than 1 year old (and never moved before) Was all scratched up.... It was pretty apparent that the reason for such scratches was that they had put the front of the washer against the Dolly rather than the back of the washer when loading it onto the moving truck. I proceeded to file a claim with the company for replacement of the unrepairable, unworking, scratch up washing machine only to be told that I was only going to receive 60 cents per pound for a destroyed washing machine! When I tried to dispute this their answer was " But you sign to contract and that's what it said". Do not trust this company with your belongings, they do not hire responsible movers, they do not stand by quality work, they are simply out to take your money destroy your property and then tell you to take a hike when you expect them to take responsibility for the destruction of your property.
