A+ Don's is the moving team you always wished you could find. We have used A+ Don's three times now in the Cincinnati area -- once for a move across town, and twice to pick up furniture purchases. Cory and everyone else at A+ Don's are 100% professional and 100% reliable, and they're very affordable as well. Yesterday they really saved our bacon moving a big piece of furniture we had purchased without measuring it. Turns out it wouldn't go up the stairs to our apartment or fit in the elevator, and, even if it did, it didn't look like it was going to make it around the narrow turn to get through our front door. But Cory and his team never gave up. They called a second crew to assist, had six people lift the piece up to the second floor over an outside rail, and then tried every possible way to get it through the front door until they finally found a way to make it work. Incredible! We couldn't be more grateful for or more pleased with the job they did for us -- yesterday, and on each previous call. I hired them to move us from a 5 bedroom home in Finneytown at 9am. Corry and Bub were right on time and very mannerable and ready to work. After we showed them what needed to be moved, they got busy immediately. It was a blazing 90 degrees that day. They pushed through the heat and taking no break and finished loading in about 1 1/2 hours. They handled all our belongings with such great care. They even helped pack our trailer and assisted with carrying TV's to our truck. Once we got to our destination 4 bedroom home in Colerain Township, Corry and Bub unloaded our items with great care and placed them where ever they were directed. Part 2 - We called them the next day and requested Corry and team to assist us with unloading a POD. They showed up 3 hours later ready to unload the POD and put the items in our home. AMAZING! A+ is the perfect name for this moving company! This was the second time we worked with Don's crew and we have been very satisfied both times! Today they showed up 30 min early, ready to get started and beat the heat of the day. They moved our heaviest pieces with care, teamwork and good communication. We had a goal of 3 hours and somehow they were able to get it all unloaded within that amount of time and a long drive from the other side of town. Very impressive! The first time we worked with them was a year ago when D & R Movers was a no show no call on the morning of our moving day. We scrambled and found A+ Dons was willing and able to do same day service and showed up with two trucks and a team full of guys. It was a complicated move from two different houses and into a house and storage unit on the other side of town. The guys were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving! They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly, even with several pieces of heavy furniture and a lot bookcases to move. They explained all the charges to us before starting so we would know what to expect when it came time to pay and even offered to load and unload things in our cars for us that would cost extra if they moved them in the van. They asked permission to do even small things, like taking the handle off our fridge to get it out of the door and removing the cushions from our couch, just so we would know what they were doing with our belongings. They reassured me that they would be careful when I was worried about fragile objects and got our things from our old home to our new one without any damage. I used Don's Moving to move from my apartment in downtown Cincinnati to an apartment out in Eastgate. I was given a two-hour time window for when they would arrive and the three gentlemen from Don's showed up a few minutes early, which I loved. All three men were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. They communicated really well and would ask questions to ensure they were taking the right things and where to put them in my new apartment. Besides just moving out my furniture, they offered to take apart my old bed frame and moved it to the trash area for me. I have used other moving companies in the past, but Don's was by far the best experience I have had and much more reasonably priced. This was the first time we used a moving service. A friend of mine suggested A+ Don's. It was a great decision to say the least. Corey's crew did a great job of moving our items. They were on time and explained everything to me before hand very clearly. They are very careful but quick and even took apart a few things I thought would be ok as is. They packed the truck like professionals. We were moving in with someone while our house was being built and they had to carry things down to our family friends basement. I was blown away when they finished loading the basement, everything was stacked very neatly. I will definitely be calling this service again and requesting Corey's crew. A+ Don's was the first moving service we've ever used. They moved us from a rural area on the east side to a storage unit on the west side of Cincinnati (73 miles one way). Cory's crew (a group of 4 guys) arrived promptly and got right to work. We had a truckload of furniture and stuff accumulated over 24+ years in the same house. They were extremely careful with everything and were very friendly and polite. Cory somehow got everything to fit in the truck with no damage or breakage. There is no way we could have done that if we had rented a truck and tried to move it on our own! They unloaded everything at the storage unit and put things we thought we might want out first up front when we asked. I called last week, just looking for a couple of movers to unload a pod and bring my stuff up 1.5 flights to my 1-bedroom apartment. Don called 30 minutes or so before they arrived to confirm the address and let me know he was en route. He showed up with himself and 3 young men. They were all polite and were moving so fast that I had a hard time directing them on where to put things! Their prices were super affordable and their attitudes were great. I had to move a piano at the last minute and A & D Moving was the only company willing to do the job. There were 16+ steps involved in the location where the piano was going to and they were very gracious about the fact that the person selling the piano didn't mention the extra steps involved in her house. Two white trashy guys show up with atttitudes. I tried to explain that there was a mistake and that they were dealing with an Alzheimer's patient who was confused. Then the woman who does the scheduling called and proceeded to tell me that I need to get my s**t together and cursed at me. I wouldn't recommend this company to pick up animal waste! read more

These guys did a fantastic job moving 5 couches. We weren't sure the one was going to fit upstairs and they were able to remove the arms and make it fit. Very professional and considerate.
